Best daisy tutorial I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I’ve been trying to make them for years and couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong! It’s 3:30 a.m. and I want to go make frosting I just to practice this now! 😂LOL
LOL!! You sound like me!! I am 65yo and I am up really weird hours so, many times, I actually AM up baking or practicing my piping at 3:30 AM! I find it quite calming. However, some of my tips and I aren't on speaking terms right now...they do not want to cooperate with me!! Watching Bloom's videos has given me new hope! As for your late-night urges, I say, do what you want!! I often sleep til noon! LOL! At 65, I do WHAT I want, WHEN I want! And THIS hobby has brought me more joy than I've had in years! Stay safe and take care, and above all, have fun! God bless...
Once again...teaching made so beautiful. You make it look SO easy!! But I know, from experience, that it is not. But, it is fun when I see my piping get better, one flower at a time! Since I found you yesterday, I have learned just how versatile humble tip #104, really is! I had no idea. I thought all it basically did was put out roses! These daisies, as with ALL of your flowers, are so beautiful! Thanks to you, again...keep them coming.
Wonderfully explained i haven't tried a Daisy will do now ☺️ and Ditto 4am here...I agree find it so cathartic. Guess whose filling a piping bag as we speak 🤪 🤷🏻♀️the heart wants what the heart wants 💜🤌🏻😋🥳✨️So Just keep piping.
Hii this is so goood ! But i wanted to ask is there something easy we could do to make the leaves the ones you made are realistic and i love it but i lack the material for it
Your daisies are absolute beautiful. I worked on learning daisies for a couple of hours. I still need to get them down. Will be giving your version a try tomorrow. Do you use stuff icing?
Thanks for watching! When you pipe flowers, you have to hold the piping nozzles narrow part up and wide part bottom all the time. So outside of the petal can be thinner than the middle part of the petal. Hope it helps!
Thanks for watching! You can freeze the flowers on the parchment paper and then either use the flower lifter(scissors)or carefully take them off using your hands(use gloves).
Thanks for watching! I normally use room temperature butter for the icing. If you feel lazy to make other batch, take out some icing for covering cake and whip it until reach room temperature and wait till soft enough to ice the cake.
Thanks for watching! You can check out my buttercream recipe and see how it works. Just make sure to turn on A/C if you live in a hot country. ruclips.net/video/ZABo6fxQPMs/видео.html
Is there a reason you use Swiss meringue buttercream nfor the flowers besides taste? I don't have all the necessary tools to properly cook the egg whites. My American buttercream cream is super annoying to work with: it's jagged and ugly😭
Thanks for watching! I think you can use AMBC for piping flowers. Is it firm enough to pipe flowers? If so, your piping tip might need to alter for the piping smooth petals. You can find some RUclipsrs posted how to alter piping tips so you can check them out. I like both IMBC or SMBC but SMBC is easy to make. If you don't have a thermometer, you can still make SMBC. Just cook egg whites until sugar dissolves and let it cool down until the mixing bowl is similar or colder than your hand temperature when you touch the bowl. Hope it helps!
@@hikinggirlinlv1719 I used Lemon yellow(chef master) and miss green (wilton)/leaf green (chef master). I thought you were asking what type of food coloring I used.

So refreshing and pretty 😍😍Did you use the same buttercream to pipe flowers and cover cake?!
I normally use room temperature butter to make swiss meringue buttercream for icing cake. Thanks for watching!☺️
Hello, soo beautifully done. The thicker part needs to be outside? Please advise.
Thanks for watching! The thin part of the piping tip should be outside, the thick part touches in the middle of the paper.
이번께 제일 제스타일이네요 ㅋㅋ

The flowers are Beautiful. What icing colors did you use?
Thanks for watching! 🥰🙏 I used Lemon yellow from chef master.
@Bloomthatcake , is the lemon yellow from Chef master used for both the stamen of daisy and to ice the cake?
Can u tell me how do hold the tip for the petals? Narrow on the front or opposite?

To get them in the freezer do you leave the flower on the parchment then later ‘cut’ them off using that special scissor tool?
Thanks for watching! You can freeze the flowers on the parchment paper and then either use the flower lifter(scissors)or carefully take them off using your hands(use gloves).
@@Bloomthatcake Thanks for the complete and prompt answer. Much appreciated!
what icing recipes u used to cover cake,it is same with the icing u used to pipe flower.thanks

Do you pipe with the thin side up or down?
Thanks for watching! Thin side should be the tip of the petal all the time so thin side up!
Thank you very much for your reply!

What brand of butter do you use?
I use just regular butter from Whole foods or Trader joe's. You can easily find it, if you live in USA. :) Thank you!
Where can I find a plastic cake dummy?
Thanks for watching! I bought it in Korea but you can use a Styrofoam dummy to practice as well.
How many centimeters this plastic cake has?
Hi! Thanks for watching! It's an 8" size cake model.
Can you please share the colors that were used? If its Wilton, colors are liquid or paste?
Thanks for watching! I used Chef master liqua gel and wilton gel food colors.
