I love the costume for Bill. It’s easily one of the best I’ve seen. And I love the atmosphere of the video. It’s very believable and inherently creepy. It really does feel like Bill talked Dipper into a deal that he’ll have trouble getting out of.
I loved this! The costumes were fantastic, I loved how the camera moved around, and that fire effects t was perfect. The only thing I think needed some work was that some cuts felt like the characters teleported around.

How do you decoded that? I mean, i try with the caesar and atbash, but i can't solve it
There are a lot of ciphers, not just ATBASH and CAESAR. For example, there is the A1Z26 or even morse code. There are other ciphers (like this one) that have a "key". All the key does is provide a different alphabet of sorts to help unscramble the message. In this case, the key was devils train.
And sometimes Jenni gets tricky and double-encrypts them so one code reveals a second code, which then reveals the message.
