just tried this out in my day one tech 1 heron with the most basic possible exploration skills, got 50 mil from my second crate, 100% still works, just varies a lot. first crate was worth 2mil (more than my ship lmao) and the second crate was worth 50m

its jedi hacking. was invented in 2015, using prospect in pauses between jedi huffing, even with sentry towers in c6. later i using pacifier, couse resists and signature. however, t1 frig also can tank sentry. have fun.

i think its nerfed. i just made 12mil off the can. no where near the average. Edit: 2nd one I found 38mil 1 day later. Edit: 3rd one found in same system with about 40mil in it
edit 2023 - One ship stayed on spot. When I warp back to the spot (becaouse I want to pull this NPC out) then a new couple npc's show on and there I'm. In capsule among the debris. ; )

yup lol. it works. did it in a probe..one time they shot me a bit, but warped in struc..3 sites ~130mil..in a 14mil frigate hahahah thx man
Which sites are c5 data sites? Does this work with any others?
Just did 2 battleships; one was 6.5 mil and the other 16.5 mil. Maybe they nerfed the battleships

Don't think this works anymore. I was 150km away from a rat and got insta popped... Also, all the cans were the same. No unique can.

C6 sites mostly have towers or battleships in the 1st wave which can blap a frigate at long range.
