Although China bots aren’t the meta here (yet) I have seen robots that share all of the same functionality as American meta bots yet can also do the high goal, even without being a specialized high goal bot

Hey if you don’t mind telling me, how exactly do you guys get your rings on the alliance pole so consistently? Like you seemingly just fling them up there with your conveyor and they just go onto the pole

There’s not really a universal solution. It just takes a lot of fine tuning. Like just start with something you think will work and keep modding till it works. One thing i would recommend tho is using the rubber links. We got the idea from 99999v and it worked p well for us.

The pivot helps, but its mostly tuning the geometry of the intake funnels

Is the piece that clamps the top of the goal on the lift the same piece that the rings go on for the high branch?

No, our peg (the thing we keep the rings on when scoring high tower) is separate from our claw

The arm on top of the 4 bar is powered by 1 motor, and there's no reason why the 4-bar can't be powered with a single motor either. We just happened to use two on the 4-bar because of how our transmission was designed

The motor sharing powers the lift or an extra 2 motors for the drive train, so we can either have 4 motor drive with 2 motor lift or 6 motor drive
