Video shows car slam into Long Island nail salon

The man accused of driving while intoxicated and crashing into a nail salon on Long Island, killing four people, was due in court Monday. CBS New York's Jennifer McLogan reports.

in the uk i.e england,ireland scotland and wales if your over the drink drive limit the law should be"that you have to retake the written part of your driving test regardless of when or where you passed or your age,race,colour,or gender"and you car'nt legally sit in a vehicle i.e drive it on a public road at any stage without an instructor or examiner present until you have passed the written test...simple.....if you car'nt obey the rules then you should be made to obey them..............its not rocket science.....
