मुस्लिम महिलाओं का किसी कारणवश तलाक हो जाता है चाहे व समाज के लोगों के द्वारा हो या कोर्ट से हो तो इस्लाम में निकाह के समय ही इस बात को ध्यान में रखकर कुछ पैसे का एग्रीमेंट या बोन्ड किया जाता है जिसे देनमोहर कहा जाता है,तलाक के बाद,देनमोहर के पैसे का भेल्यू वर्तमान समय के हिसाब से तुलना कर लड़की के ऱख-रखाव के लिए लडका द्वारा दिया जाता है। समाज के लाख समझाने के बावजूद लडकी को लडका के द्वारा नहीं रखा जाता तो देनमोहर के अलावे लाखों में लड़की को दिलवाया जाता है।
हर तरह के प्रोटेक्शन दिया गया है इस्लाम में महिलाओं को, लेकिन गैर मुस्लिम में शादी के समय कुछ होता भी नहीं है, आजकल लाखों में दहेज लिया जा रहा है, ये सब पर प्रतिबंध लगाकर महिलाओं और उनके परिवार को सुरक्षा देने के लिए न तो सरकार कुछ कर रही है और न ही कोर्ट

Let me explain this u r actually looking to past from Todays perspective of law. Today the age of marriage is 18 years in india and in some of the countries it is less than 18 like usa it is 16, even in usa Texus satae it is 14. This is there law. So as i am living in india i cannot see that those people who are living in any other country whose age of consent is below 18 can be wrong because it is there law. This is present condition.
Lets talk about past, in india As per Indian penal code 1860, age of consent is 10 years for girls. Means just before 200 years ago, girls who reach the age of 10 and above are married. Later on marriage age for girl increases with the passage of time now in 1978 the marriage age for girls in india becomes 18 and till now it is same.
So todays definition of child is any girl who is below 18. But this is not true when you look to past just 200 years ago. And you are asking question about something that happens 1400 years ago and judging it from todays perspective.
Another one Scientifically what is the marriage age of a girl, it is when a girl reaches its puberty/menstruation. As we all know that Girls attain puberty earlier than boys at an age of 9-12 some girls at age 9 and some later. This is exactly what Islamic law says that Any girl who attains age of puberty can marry a boy of his choice whether belongs to his age or above or below it's her choice.
If a person wants to marry a boy/girl, our beloved prophet mohammad (pbuh) said 4 things people look at virtue, nobility, wealth, family but u should look for Virtue/Piousness. So the father of Aisha(PBUH) considered the Prophet Mohammed(pbuh) as the most respectable person and most honoured person above all person that he knew at that time, so as a father he married her daughter to him. "My question to u is If u have a daughter/sister to whom u will allow her to marry" Options are: A wealthy person, good family background, handsome/good looking and Virtue/pious person. May be there is a possibility that a wealthy person or having good family background or handsome/good looking person is not a good person as an individual. But the virtue/pious person although he is not wealthy/no family background/not good looking person but is actually really good person as an individual. He never lie, never cheat, respect other person,respect women, etc.
There is a custom in arab at that time and it is also practised today that some of their parents married their daughter early but the marriage consummate when the girl become adult. Aisha(PBUh) when she reaches at age 9 the marriage consummate and she is an Adult because she mensturates. She lived happily with prophet Mohammed(pbuh) for 9 years. She never complain that she was being ill treated or abused after marriage. She also narrated that Prophet Mohammed(pbuh) was best in controlling his sexual desires.
"Can you given me any single reference from Authentic hadith that Aisha (pbuh) was not happy with her marriage with Prophet mohammad(pbuh) and prophet Mohammed (pbuh) abuses or tortured her. The answer is simple a Big No."

Most of the marriages that he(prophet Mohammed) had done with either a widow or a divorce women who were very poor. So its an advice for we muslims that when we choose to marry we should also look to the orphans/widow/divorced women. मैं समझता हूं कि इस बारे में सवाल इस्लाम की जानकारी लड़कियों या महिलाओं से करना चाहिए था क्योंकि वह इस्लाम की अकॉर्डिंग ज्यादा अच्छा जवाब दे सकती हैं बाकी लड़कियों का मामला तो अपनी समझ पर डिपेंड होगा इस्लाम ने कभी भी औरत को मर्द का गुलाम नहीं बनाया हां जब तक वह किसी मर्द के साथ निकाह में है तब तक मर्द की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह हर चीज में उसका ख्याल रखें लेकिन बाद में एक एक सीमित समय तक उसका ख्याल रखना निहायत जरूरी है और बहुत बेहतर तरीके से उनको अपने घर से रुखसत करना सभ्यता के दायरे में भी है और इस्लाम भी यही कहता है की जितना हो सके उनको देखकर अपने घर से रुखसत करो अगर औरत को हमेशा के लिए तलाक के बाद भी मर्द के खर्चे पर ही जीना पड़े तो यह तो औरत के लिए ही बेइज्जती की बात है जब के इस्लाम चाहता है कि औरत तलाक के बाद अपनी जिंदगी दोबारा शुरू करें वह दूसरी शादी करें अपना कोई बिजनेस करें नौकरी करें जो चाहे कर सकती है वह पूरी तरह आजाद है इस्लाम हमेशा एक सबवे और आत्मनिर्भर समाज बनाने को प्रेरित करता है बाकी जल और नासमझ लोगों के बारे में वह बात ही नहीं करता
