Me ancient and I back out on the rental boat for a little lobster diving in the Florida Keys! I made an epic lobster breakfast with these crustaceans and believe it or not, lobster is one of the best breakfast items on the menu!

I found your channel in mid 2020 when I was in the middle of a 118 day hospital spell. I was unable to eat or drink for 4 months. I couldn't stop watching videos of people catching and cooking seafood. You gave me hours of entertainment when I was unable to eat or see family or friends. THANK YOU ACE!

Doing better everyday. I had a bunch of different issues in my stomach and other organs including necrosis of my pancreas.
The worst part was being in the hospital so long during covid. I was unable to see my daughter the whole time.

That is not a bristle worm lol that is a fire worm, a venomous worm that props up its white colored spines when feeling threatened hence how he turned white all around as soon as he was being touched! Ace is lucky the spikes didn’t go thru the glove cs those actually hurt 😂
@@gumooogaming7774 technically, fireworms are a type of bristle worm, so in a sense you both are right. However, I do believe that you are correct that it is a fireworm as you can tell by the red colouring and as you said "white coloured spines", but as I said, fireworms are a species of bristle worm so @TheSplogie is also right but just not specific.

i lived on the Mexico peninsula for 2 years as a kid. i would ride my bike to a restaurant on the beach and have a seafood breakfast regularly. this was nice and reminded me of that. thank you.

Ace, saute the shells in the butter first, remove the shells then add the meat. You'll get a lot more flavor that way. Do the same with shrimp shells. Don't just throw the shells away. Great video

I know this is an older video, but there is a RUclipsr out of Fl that makes lobster nets that are clear to help catch them with out them seeing it. I believe they’re called florida lobster nets. It looks like you guys had so much fun!

Nice video! Lobstering is one of my favorite parts of the keys, you can actually pull out that poop vein with the lobsters antenna. Snap it off and stick it in backwards and it comes right out when you pull it back out. Can't wait to get back there myself.
8:55 I did some looking up and, this appears to be some amphibious caterpillar, they are mostly found all over Hawaii and have over 40 subspecies, and this particular specimen is probably feeding of the algae of the coral

Lobster for breakfast is really good. In islamorada there is a breakfast place called mangrove mikes and have really good lobster omlets
