You are correct, there are people on top position without aviation knowledge. I am aeronatical engineer and in my past airline BSC graduates we were reporting, can you belive it, they have no technical knowldge, imagine about the risk of having such people in airline. Here more than work politics is there.
I agree I didn’t mention about the cheap politics and the shortcuts that I heard about from my very good friends who couldn’t continue because of the unjust culture and low work ethics .

There was a zoom video interview was scheduled at around 1915 hrs IST but can you imagine they tried calling me at around 1700 hrs which was 2 and a half hours early and then they emailed me stating that we tried contacting you on zoom but you were offline so I was like these guys crazy as what I understand to give video interview you should be approximately 10 minutes early from the scheduled time. so basically I would like to say for indigo "Naam bade aur darshan chote" . Even i had bad experience about walkin interview as well as they are very lathargic and unorganized. So it's a big No for indigo airlines....

So this is from my own personal experience no hate towards anyone, I appeared on ###### cabin crew interview thrice and reached till HR round and unfortunately everytime got rejected on the last 😂 but all the time they take participants who don't even follow the things which are mentioned in the interview articles, I mean OwK if you're going on looks I understand but their BMI and grooming were terrible, you reject girls who have amazing body, appearance character and like perfect for the job but just because of one pimples boom rejected ,and then you end up selecting people who don't utter a word. Like on what basis? No grooming no personality no speaking skills and I don't even want to talk about their English.... I really don't understand why and how they select their candidates And about time? If the reservation for the interview ends at 11am then why it's open till 1pm.... No hate but it's an interview not house part you can come on anytime.
Hi I joined Qatar airways in Feb 2020 and they laid us off due to pandemic and as you said I got the same questions and they said we are not hiring cabin crew. Indian cooperation sector is not good they did know anything.
They did lack professionalism but the probation does make sense to me although 6 month is a lot it should be 2-3 to see if you wanna still continue and they want you in or not
If you were applying in Airasia, you will be more respected. By listening the first part when you said you were waiting for 2 hrs for the interview, it makes me exhausted too 😭 P.s I'm an ex-crew in Airasia btw.

The HR didn't even ask me anything but he was more interested in my hair n said that its too long for a male crew to be appointed. I said sir atleat listen to me, check my professional n educational qualifications... but he said no u r young n can try in future. Better luck next time😒😒😒😒😒😒😒 Plz make something for boys also as guys like me really look upto mentors like u Ma'am.

Mam...sorry to say par aap India me kahi b interview Ke Liye jayenge waqt ka koi paband nai hota.. hum pohoch jayenge time par..hum log time b aayenge to unko lagta hai desperate hai job Ke Liye so this way they treat you....ye sab dekhke mee ek din late gaya interview me and I was selected..late jaenge to lagega you have a backup N you r busy and not desperate..cheeze yese chalta hai yAha I might b wrong but....no professional and no punctuality hai yaha 😀😀
Aviation is very different ( here to be on time is to be late and to be before time is on time )and as I said I won’t change my ethics and my values for people or companies that are not treating you right . But again different people ,different perspectives and I won’t survive in a place like this for long so might as well not waste my time at all.
