You need to get selected first to go for medicals and then everything post that so strive for cracking the interview first and then the final decisions regarding medicals is really on the airline doctors.

If at all a flight attendant leaves her job for some reasons and applies again for the same company, what are the chances of getting hired? If she/he makes it will she/he have to start from F1 again?

Depends on the gap if it’s less than 6 months then you get the same position back after a refresher training however anything longer might lead you to start from F2 then the same promotion procedure but this time it will be faster like 2-6months in a position as the company wants to refresh your memory.

One thing that I absolutely love about Qatar Airways is no matter how senior you are whether you are a very senior trainer or CS / CSD you address everyone with their first names only .
No Sir / Mam culture which is great because then there are no barriers or any sort of inequality .
I personally appreciate it .

U need to be in the airline to be eligible and you get notified about the same about the internal vacancy or if your due for promotion .
