This is one of your very best podcasts..showcasing all your talent and storytelling skills. Thanks. By the way, Jane Austen turns 250 years old this year!
OMG, I love how the Teeny (Tini?) fleece is spinning up--you're a very dangerous vlogger to follow because until I watched all your spinning content I had no interest in learning to spin. Now I may or may not have just backed the Electric Eelwheel Fold on Kickstarter, (cough cough). And yeah, those Brontes are bananas. My first book was about them (Braving the Brontes). If you haven't seen Kate Beaton's comics about Dude Watching with the Brontes I highly recommend. Can't wait to see your accessory plans, and the progress of your Rhinebeck sweater!
Hello from West Yorkshire, UK. Love your knitting and fab colourwork. I watch TWT and am going to embark on my first colourwork with you! My fav books of all time are Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights, the use of language and psychology of these women of the early 19th century is phenomenal. I am local to the W Yorks moors and they are bleak and beautiful x
The 2nd sweater you are wearing makes your eyes pop! Beautiful color on you. I love the design of the neon green. So good to knit one's happy colors, whatever they are! Happy training. Fun chat!
For the WYS Croft, it is not labeled as superwash treated, but when I wrote to WYS asking about their yarns, their response was that if it is labeled as machine wash, then it is superwash treated (like the Signature 2-ply). The WYS Fleece line has a hand wash symbol on the label and I did manage to felt it by accident, but the label on the croft indicates that it is machine washable. I haven't tested it out, I'm just going by the information the company gave me. Figured you should know if you intended to try spit splicing it. lol Love the green handspun. Such lovely coloring!
The only reason I asked them in the first place was because the label on the Signature 4ply sock doesn’t mention that it is treated, but various pod and shop casts said it was, so I went to the source for clarification. 😊
Could the neon Archie sweater be your Brat sweater? Also, can we talk about how terrible the brand name Liquid IV is? Isn't liquid the default for IVs? I get that they're implying that their sports drink is as powerful as medicine but that redundant name really irks me (and I'm not even a runner or consumer of any special hydration products, just a language nerd).
You know, it really is quite close to the Brat color! I will take that. YES, I hate that name! Liquid IV is bizarrely not very popular with athletes, and that does sort of confuse me. It's all marketed towards normal people who either live somewhere hot or are suffering from a raging hangover.

Knitting and running pair perfectly together. Don’t stop talking about both.
Your Neon Archie sweater is absolutely fabulous! Another great podcast Emma!❤❤
Thank you! I love it so much.

Thank you so much!! I totally agree about the books. Proof that women are really emotionally intelligent, I think.
That green in your Fjolla is a great colour on you!
Thanks - I absolutely love it!

Thanks so much!! I love the teal fade. And the neon is definitely a happy color!
Oh I live in The Peak District and have been to the shop you mentioned 😊
Hooray! I loved it so much there. You are so lucky to have such a wonderful place nearby! (And to live somewhere so beautiful)

That is incredibly useful information that I will be sharing with the crowd next time - thank you so much! Luckily I did not try spit splicing it 😂

@ This is why we need people like you in our lives!!
Your first pronunciation of "bogan" was correct!
Oh good! I thought the show was very funny.
