@@HPSupport do you have any videos of tears down with same motherboard as my Aio pc?
What about the Ram? Is it solder in. Bought an 8 gig and it’s constantly reaching 80-90% usage just using chrome and RUclips

Envy Move. 8 gig. I bought at Best Buy. Looks like it needs the ram is solder in. I like the computer but the portability of it and the carrying handles. After installing in some apps and just browsing chrome with a few tab and watching RUclips and playing some Microsoft office the ram is used up. I think the 16 gig will resolve the issue. I thought it’s something I could upgrade, looks like it’s not. I was gonna purchase it through HP during the 4th of July sales the max out spec with 16 gig ram and 1 tb. But now the sales is over. 😢. 8 gig in this time is kinda small don’t you think. Will be returning it. Wish it could be 32 gig options. Also is this mountable with a vesa wall mount or do you have an adapter for it? I bought this to for the kids play room to entertain the kids. Hp has been innovating great products as of late. I really like the HP chrome Base. Why did you guys discontinuing it.
Thanks for the reply.
May I know the model number of your notebook?
