I am imagining myself in tight workout clothes, out in the nature taking a brisk walk, my hair is down and flowing in the wind. Then I go to a cafe and have a coffee and avocado toast all by self. I quickly go back home take a steaming shower and get ready for office. After hustling through the day at work in meetings and presentations, I log off and leave when it starts getting dark. I still manage to catch some remainder of the day like the beautiful orange pink sky. I go home back to my loved ones.

I woke up like the main character of my life, feeling refreshed and ready to take over the day, brushed my teeth, felt the fresh morning air, exercised, had my breakfast, took a shower, got to study, studied hard and with full focus, completed my study tasks, took a break, had my lunch, took rest in the afternoon, went on my terrace and enjoyed the evening with a cup of chai, got to study again and again studied with full concentration, completed my tasks, had dinner, just chilled before sleeping and then slept.

I started journaling 1 year ago by getting inspired from one of your videos. I don't do it everyday but whenever I want to relieve myself of my heavy emotions, I just write it in my diary. Over the time it has helped me to become more grateful for my life and trust in myself because that is what I repeated in my journaling again and again.❤❤ My goals in which I am working nowadays are- Personality building Communication skills (trying to record myself in camera and also working on my body language, gestures etc) Presentation skills( I am on the way to getting my fear out of my mind) Healthy habits Time management ( as the college is very hectic and I want to do other things also ) ❤❤

I am imagining an evening when I came out from college and freshes up after a quick bath. I will be dehydrated as hell, so I'll be drinking lot of water. Next I will be taking my favourite book and light up m favourite candle or incense stick. I'll be in my balcony watching the sunset along with my coffee. Next, I will groove to my personal playlist and enjoy dancing for about 1/2 hour. Next I will go for a walk with my dog. I will make a simple yet delicious dinner by myself. I will reduce my screen time and spend most of the time pampering myself. This is the type of evening which I consider being productive at this point!!!
i have my 10 boards in 2025 and i was so unmotivated,i wanted to come first in my class but as the exams are coming closer i list my motivation to study i started everything like to journal and so on so today the last day of the year i decided to fix my routine and get stick to eat and i also wrote a letter to my 16 year old self so when i achieve everything i can proudly open it on my birthday and also i have watched your videos and it really really helped me a lot for my motivation. I've started practicing affirmations while i do oil pulling in the morning and it is actually working for me my mood is much better and the boring time of just doing oil pulling is also being complimented with the affirmations❤ 5:05 i actually do this i play songs when im cycling my way to the library, i listen to songs when I'm doing the utensils even while solving questions i do listen to Binaural beats and most of the times when I'm doing something i listen to songs and whenever I am cycling I feel like I am the main character of a movie it's just another level of happiness❤💖💖 and I have also build up a very good morning routine which includes first making my bed then I do oil pulling along with reading affirmations when I get ready to my skin care and have my breakfast and just head to the library❤

I've started practicing affirmations while i do oil pulling in the morning and it is actually working for me my mood is much better and the boring time of just doing oil pulling is also being complimented with the affirmations❤
5:05 i actually do this i play songs when im cycling my way to the library, i listen to songs when I'm doing the utensils even while solving questions i do listen to Binaural beats and most of the times when I'm doing something i listen to songs and whenever I am cycling I feel like I am the main character of a movie it's just another level of happiness❤💖💖 and I have also build up a very good morning routine which includes first making my bed then I do oil pulling along with reading affirmations when I get ready to my skin care and have my breakfast and just head to the library❤

I THINK the first point wont be good for everyone... rather live for yourself it should be like love yourself loving yourself and living for yourself isn't the same thing living for yourself might cause negative effect for some people like they can develop negative personality towards others and become insensitive in social and family matter like they wont have value of others
