  • Two weeks out from triathlon national championships and here is another triathlon training video with a hill repeat at Mt Faber on the bike. I have been training indoors on Zwift for the past month and this is my first outdoor ride in a long time but I had so much fun and also got some really good footage for a short vlog.
    Try This Bike Workout:
    25 minutes warm up
    12 x hill repeats (6 x seated, 6 x standing)
    25 minutes cool down

    Hi do you train both low and high cadence for hill repeats?

      Hi! Normally i would go slightly high cadence for ascends by only changing the back gears. But stay seated on the saddle. I don’t really train low cadence
