I love her election story. The dems gave up on her, didn’t give her any money, and she was determined to lose by literally every one. And still, she won. I watched her debates and saw what her voters saw: a breath of fresh air. Hopefully she runs for a national seat one day! She is what our country needs.

Seems like a breath of fresh air. Was well centered on her beliefs even though an attempt was made to lead her into saying
things she was not prepared to say at this point. Good for her.

@@writtenhousesecurity6499 ok one that is sexiest because you are basically saying that women never make good decisions because men always do . That is VERY closed minded. Because men are not perfect either and dont make good choices , but i can agree with you that some women dont make good choices and decisions . So this just make your argument pointless because NOBODY is perfect and cant
make good decisions all the time because what is good for one person is bad for some else . Best thing to do is to try to understand your opponents views and understand where they coming from in order to put your views in a way for the other person that disagrees with you to understand.

She wasn't talking about getting rid of old folks, just people who have been in politics for a long time. Age, whether young or old, does not qualify you for anything in life. It sounds like your not actually listening to the point she is trying to get across and just hearing what you want to hear.

While i can agree with you that we should take the advice from our elders because they have a lot more experience . It does not mean that we are forced to follow your orders because you are not always correct . Nobody is in this world.

Newly ejected, inexperienced congresswoman needs to think before she talks. Our leadership just brought us historic wins. We will be navigating some tricky territory, especially in the house. This is not the time to throw out the people with the experience who brought us here. Why does she wait until she's had a little experience of her own before she starts saying things like that.

Democratic leadership may have made a couple good decisions this election. But, by and large, this election was about Republicans failures. As a reminder, Democratic leadership didn’t spend a dime or lift a finger in WA 3rd. They thought her race was unwinnable. But anybody in the district could have told you this was the year to pick up the seat.

People like Tim Smith ran away from the party and lost. The legislation passed despite GOP intransigence shower people what could be done too help. The debt limit is a constitutional limit that can not be changed by Congress. The are toying with the people by avoiding the legal minimum debt. They would have to in to all of the states legislatures to raise the debt limit. The people put that jam in the Congress for very good reasons. We have seen the Congress give away 12 trillion dollars in two years based on sales of T bills and debt. The national payment is near one half of the revenue of the government.
