Oh darn, that's really close to me! Wish I'd of had the time to see this vid sooner as it would have been a blast to swing by that store and watch some games to get some ideas and whatnot!
Why does it seem like there are so many tournament's everywhere but where I live. One of my friends and I are trekking down to one tomorrow. It will be my first tournament, I don't really expect to do well. I just feel like our Armada scene is very lacking compare to other places. My favorite game too unfortunately.
I have painted mine a Semi-satin black for my Imperials and a Gunship Grey for my Rebels.. along with my Squadrons.. totally helps identify your equipment. I saw one person had used Blue and Red bases...
Wow... that was the perfect Reikan activation with the MC-30 double side arc. He is still a great Admiral. Kind of wish it was Save one ship AND save one squadron but meh.
It actually didn't have LOS from dot to dot.... I just got really excited when at first glance I THOUGHT it did. When we actually went to do the shooting I had to settle for Side and front, instead of double side arc. Good eye though!

Still in the area for a little bit longer - there's a facebook group called KC Star Wars Armada - if I head out there again I may post in it.

Whats with the white ship bases? i've spotted them once or twice but those aren't standard right?
He must have painted them.
I use a white primer on my bases to help to prevent them from "accidently" getting picked up by other players.

There is no way the right side of that mc30 had los on the vsd rear.
