Goodwill stores in my town are extremely outrageous, I’m talking 30 dollar Jean jackets, 18 dollar jeans, mind you they’re not branded just regular ass denim.

I swear I bought one of my old dresses from the 80’s-when I was in my 20’s- at a Goodwill the other day. Don’t ever toss your favorite pieces. I have my mom’s favorite blouse from the 70’s and it’s timeless. Again and again…
If you dont like resellers, Hannica Rose. She shops, shows her purchase if ones made then how she styles it in her home decor or clothing. Videos are short and sweet. I think this lady does both. Shops for bundles and herself.
fashion is a cycle, every so often the younger gen discovers something their parents/grandparents used to wear and goes "oh, oh this goes hard" and all of a sudden everyone's wearing bell bottoms again
The first dress, cheap lace on raffle and eyelet...too much. Also i really recommend do not buy items with cheap lace , it makes the entire piece look cheap.
i found the coolest vintage skirt at goodwill recently. its layered and has some silky green fabric layers + floral layers and then the very bottom is a brown satin
I hope u don’t resell cause all the cool pieces these days are already snatched by resellers who sell them at a much higher price plus sometimes u gotta pay for shipping too :((
Resellers don’t make up the price, they research what people have paid for said item. Something is worth what someone willing to pay for it. Thrift stores are technically resellers to but they get their stuff for free. Everyone has the option to go thrift and find the stuff your looking for. It just takes time sometimes to find what your looking for but go often and it will eventually happen 😊

Yes, I adore that first skirt! So pretty!
Me too! Boots! 👢
Goodwill stores in my town are extremely outrageous, I’m talking 30 dollar Jean jackets, 18 dollar jeans, mind you they’re not branded just regular ass denim.
Goodwill has gone bad. Near me they don't even do a half off on a color tag. Only "rewards". Look for other thrift stores.

😮 that's crazy
The first two were midi’s, not maxi’s btw. Maxi’s are floor length!
They might be maxis on her
Maxis are not floor length. Floor length, sometimes called full, is floor length. Maxi is just above the ankles
On a short person, those are floor length 🤣😂😅
they def look maxi
@@tsu8229no they definitely look like midis, compared to the other clothing in the back that almost reach the floors, and just the overall shape is of a midi

I’ve seen the skirt, high school 2007
i can't tell if thats a compliment or insult?

That’s when I was chopped out of my mother
The eyelet material is called broderie anglaise (said as broadray onglay) and maxi is to the ankle in length, as in maximum length.
This is the kind of clothes my mom wore when I was in elementary 😂 it’s so weird to me that it’s back in trend
Literally 💀💀
I think I actually knew someone with that shirt in like 2007
100% i have so many flashbacks hahah

Vintage!
Everything she found is seriously called THRIFT GOALS !
Had the first skirt in black and brown for fall and babypink, baby blue and washed out stoned washed denim blue. Back in 2004.
I suddenly feel old....
That brown top; check the brand. If it’s Affliction or Ed Hardy, it might be worth more
It was a little painful to hear that City Triangles, which was a staple for Macy’s that I lived in in my 20s is now considered a vintage grand. Ouch.
I used to work at Macys Juniors Department I hung up so many City Triangles everything back in the day.
Thank you! I couldn’t remember if it was Macys or JC Penney! 😂
It's not, this girl is just full of shit lol.
Tbh, the shirt one looks like the ones sold in the cheapest stores out here, it's something my 70 year old mom would wear

hahah yes same
I associate it with that but that's why I always thought they were cute lol

Omg the dress😍 gorgeous
You have your own unique taste. 😊
That's a nice way to put it.

the green skirt 😩🪷
The black maxi dress is my favorite! I love the ribbon and lace together ❤❤
The Skirts were just my style, I wish i had them
I am so glad to see someone wearing the clothes instead of reselling
they mentioned "bundles" which means they're most likely gonna resell :( I really wish people would just stop doing this.
I didn't hear bundles part. I hate the whole reselling thing

my grandmother wore exactly the same skirts)
This girl can never ever identity a maxi from a midi and it pains me 😭
She's also never seen a prairie skirt before 😭
The first skirt gave folklore vibes
I love the green eyelet ruffle skirt! I do like the bottom of the black dress! How eyecatching!
The first ones reminded me of portals (Melaine Martinez)
i cannot when she calls midi skirts (or even tea skirts) maxi skirts. 😭 am i crazy, or is she just really short?
she buys it for other people so either way...
This is making me wish I had kept my entire closet from my early 20’s. I could be so trendy 🥴😂
I want to visit America just for your thrift stores ours aren't great in Ireland.
THE DRESS 😍
You got good taste! I like what you found 😊
That top is 100% from the early 2000s. The material and cut scream peasant top and the rinstones are a sad 2000s staple. I lived all this so i know.
That's a long sleeve tshirt. Not a peasant top.
I have the second skirt in black it's so beautiful ahhh
Why is everything I donated from high school trendy now? 😂😂😂 I literally had that same shirt in multiple versions
it happens to everyone
