It makes me so sad to have been a service member Vietnam/ Cold War where we were consistently taught that the Russian was the
Enemy. All the while, knowing the young men and women of Russia were consistently taught the American is the enemy.
Years on when age catches up, we all admit to what we knew all along....it is the Politicos who are each other’s “enemy”❗️It damned
Straight is NOT “we the people” of either of our Homelands who are “the enemy”. In fact, honestly I have NEVER met a Russian that I
Felt any malaise for at all🤷🏽‍♂️......go figure🥴❗️
I pray daily to defeat the lung tumor (so much for Agent Orange ?) that is ripping me apart; and to forever PEACE between all peoples of our shared Mother Earth.
I wish all my fellow men and women as we say: A VERY MERRY 🎄 CHRISTMAS, and above all my brothers and sisters where ever you are....
PEACE ON EARTH, and Good Will to All 🎅🤶🤝👍🏻❗️

You have to get yourself a track shovel and everytime you come home and park it you have to shovel the tracks free of mud/snow. Sometimes mud will freeze so solid it will throw the track immediately. I used to run an excavator that would throw tracks all the time until we started shoveling them out.

Really nice video, Lars. This may help. I was in Tanks when I was in the Marines.
Tanks, and pretty much like all track vehicles don't drive like cars.
Meaning. When you turn right or left. Or your backing up and turning to the right or left.
You make those turns in SMALL increments. Turn, let up some, more turning, let up, turn. And then straighten out.
NOT taking the turn in one long curving turn like you do in your family car, going around a corner. Small bites only.
If you do take those big turns without letting up some, it is more likely you will "through a track".
I hope that was a little help for you. Just incase you didn't know.
As for snow in your tracks I never drove a Tank in the snow. I was station at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. It's hot there with sand and swamp.

LARS... i think the cheapest way to prevent ice build in the tracks is to build some kindda`shelter for the Gator so the snow dosen`t build up on the tracks and doesn`t melts forming ice cubes. This ice forms on the tracks when snows and snow melts during the day and refreezes in the evening, being a lot of snow doesn`t have time to clear the tracks. So a shelter will sort out you ice problem...i think is cheaper then buying thouse ice cleaners for the tracks that you said(they are expensive). And park it on some wood boards, not on the bear ground, so the water disperses and tracks stay relatively dry. And you can take us with you when you build the shelter for the Gator(if you gonna...) PEACE 2every1

Lars i was sitting here going its a ground issue, alot of vehicles here in America have ground issues in age and no one seems to think about what it is . I have had trucks and their headlights always run dim most vehicles have 4 to 6 body grounds and people just don't know or think about that ive added extra ground straps to vehicles and it solves most of their electrical issues. I have a 69 Camaro and the headlights were dim a little research and found out it was supposed to have 4 ground straps and it had none. Bought the ground straps for it and now it has bright lights inside and outside and the charging system works as it should. Now let's get out and do something awesome!
