But I suggest you just make it for the 6 of you this next time and discuss what you want to do, in the long run, while you're all enjoying each other company, food and drinks! Just an idea. For the quesadillas I roll them up burrito style and cook them on the panini press before freezing. My husband has parkinson's and can manage them much easier rolled this way.
My comment has nothing to do with chicken, necessarily. When my son was small, instead of cutting up the penne, I made pastina (tiny star pasta) or ditalini. Ditalini is perfect for tiny fingers, and pastina almost doesn't even need to be chewed. Im not sure I would freeze them as they cook really fast and would probably end up mushy. Quesadillas make a great breakfast on the run or after-school snack too!
Wanted to make the orzo pasta recipe but couldn’t find it in the recipe list. Maybe you could give us the amounts of recipe ingredients in the video. Also just a suggestion but could you break down the categories into cooked or raw proteins in recipe list. Thanks 😊

Supper club suggestion. I think that every couple should take a turn to invite an extra couple Perhaps in time you will find a couple that fits in perfectly with the group.

Our official recipe calls for more chicken filling. It’s just that I personally prefer less so we added less since I was going to be eating them, but yes, absolutely, add more!
How is your selection for kids? Would love to join but I want to make sure you have some friendly kids meal ideas. I have a picky eating. No spicy for them.
Between the two of us, we've got 10 kids (!) so we are pretty well versed in kid friendly meals! In the Club, if you type "kid friendly" into the keyword finder, it populates all the kid friendly recipes. Things like sloppy joes, pepperoni pizza pinwheels, meatloaf muffins, corndog mini muffins, tater tot casseroles, meatballs, sliders, taco cups, spaghetti pie... there are over 80 recipes with that designation right now but we add new recipes each month.
It's pretty good. There's a lot of pizza and taco varieties of foods in the club. My child doesn't like any of that, but the regular family meals are fine. I've been in the club for 2 years. I got it for myself as a Christmas present. It has expanded the variety of options that we like.

It’s so easy to make and yet makes you feel like you’ve cooked something “fancy”.
Another option for the Chicken in a Mango Area Sauce would be to serve it on Spaghetti squash! We do that often as a replacement, once in a while.
Oooh! That's a good idea! I haven't had spaghetti squash in ages. I'll try remember that this fall.
