we have a project of Office fit-out, building regulations says we cant drill holes and remove existing ceramic tiles, we need to make a dry-wall paritions - Will this work if I will us this to bond wood planks to the surface of a tile? and again wood planks to an existing concrete wall? or an alternative is Metal tracks to surface of ceramic tile?

Using the concept of "tiles on tiles", i think it can work provided that you use the right adhesive, and make sure the current frame is able to support the load/weight.

Try scrap it out using a scrapper.
Remove uncured (wet) adhesive with Mineral
turpentine or scraper. Cured adhesive is best removed
by mechanical scraping or sanding. Use Bostik Handy
Wipe towels to remove adhesive from skin.

@@NextMeal. i tried it on Plastic LED Strips glued to a aluminum on the ceiling. It only lasted a month, gravity and heat produced by the LED Strips made it fell-off. Other use, I think it will still work.
