It looks to me like you only walked down the Natural Entrance trail, then went to the underground giftshop/lunchroom area and then exited the cave. If so, then you missed out on the 2nd half of the cave: The Big Room, which is another mile and a quarter of the more beautiful section of the cave. PLUS, with advanced reserved tickets, there is a ranger led tour, the Kings Palace Tour, which takes you to the 4 most beautiful chambers of the cave. You also can take the elevator down into the cave to save your knees from the steep switchback trails. So, some of your negative opinions are based on incomeplete knowledge of the park.
Thanks for the comment! It's unfortunate that you felt my comments were negative. Carlsbad Caverns...every part of the experience was beautiful! I actually entered through the natural entrance and went to the Big Room as well- loved it. I found out that for ME my go pro wasn't getting the best shots so I had to switch to my iPhone so it's possible that some of my shots were limited. As you can see in the video, I traveled there the same day so I didn't have opportunity to reserve tickets which also sounds like a great experience as well but I like to give more insight on what a realistic day would look like if someone wanted to go the same day! I also mentioned the options to go via elevators. Again, I appreciate you for watching :)
“my knees were not equipped!” 🤓
I hear you! You still got it done ✅
Thanks for making the video!
Hahaha they weren't AT ALL! 😂😂 It was a wake up call! Thank you for watching!!
