    Is the Butt Wink really all that bad with an unloaded spine vs one with a barbell/weight on one's back? There sems to be other views on this topic from others in the field.

      It depends, if you're recovering from a back injury vs a healthy person with no injury. That being said, working to improve hip rom so the but wink comes in later (and being aware of when it does) is only going to be a plus to your back health :)

    Let me clarify avoiding the butt wink..lol. Is keeping that healthy natural curve when you squat or with the buttisimo sticking out when you squat...right?

      It is keeping the spine neutral with a hollow, not rounding the low back (like a knee hug)

    Just to say the video is hard to find because it doesn't have the words "Tape Test" in the title. Its a great video! Just wanted to mention this as in some other videos it is mentioned that the Tape Test video is linked in the description of those videos, but it wasnt there so i went searching for it. Took about half an hour. Im not complaining, just trying to make a helpful suggestion. Very grateful for the video. ❤️
