    Do lumbar support cushions, when sitting for long periods, help, hurt or are neutral? Thanks!

      I'd say a small rolled towel tends to be the best option :)

      Oh where have you been all my life. This is alls I've ever wanted is to be shown properly how to strengthen my lower back to be able to get out of the bed properly each day and care for my kids properly. I litterally can't lift a thing and constantly feel like ( only way I've ever been able to explain it) as carrying a huge bloke on my back, weighing my legs down to the floor. I can't wait to get home to start.
