As others have said, seeing someone that knows so much about the US BBQ culture adapt what we can get hold of easily & without excessive cost in the U.K. is SO fantastic. Plus 1 for more pork content, beef prices are getting nuts!
Rocket is a very underrated ingredient here in the colonies, one of my favorites. Dave use those cutting board juices to make all sorts of board sauces.
That is a outstanding looking sandwich!! 🤌👍👍 I have a request/idea for a recipe, Fish and chips but the kicker is the fish is cold smoked before being battered and fried.
Chud crocs, but they are not white. How Bradley wears white shoes and cooks BBQ I will never know. Looks amazing Dave. You should try the same cut, and make some smoked jerky, great stuff and easy to do.
I do this regularly. Deli meat is too expensive, so I generally smoke a Bottom Round Roast or Eye Round. I also do Boneless Turkey Breasts. In the US Boar's Head meats are just way too expensive at $11-14 per pound. While I can generally get a roast for $5/pound.
@@WilsonsBBQ SAME!!! My birthday is coming up and think my family will get me one. The last time I got deli meat (being lazy) my daughter and wife were so disappointed...Like we will eat it, but why didn't you smoke something? LOL

Love the content that makes use of stuff available in UK supermarkets at reasonable prices. I'm here for a packet brisket but not every week!
Love the UK supermarket cooks! Thanks!
Looks banging, adding this one the "to cook" list!
Tesco should be sponsoring you, the beef I generally get from Tesco never comes out great, but now I have got to give this a go

Looks money - one of my favorite things to make. I'll have to do the garlic bread next time.
Never thought I’d see a bit of tough Tesco beef look so good. Great video.
Nice one Dave
Very good sandwich. I would be tempted to add some caramelised onions and plenty of that horseradish. What a weekend treat!
Great adding the centigrade temps on screen 👍That sandwich looked amazing, and your face eating it tells me it was!!
So glad you board dipped the bread 😂😂👍👍 Looked 10/10 but with the dip it's an 11 and always more horseradish!!
I marinade my top rump in Maggi. Add a bit of Dijon to the bread and you have perfection my friend!

Funny that we both put out smoked beef sandwich videos. Your version looks great Dave! 🤙🏻
Dave’s did not include a Labatts Blue Light - a Guinness would be a nice “appetizer” - great videos by both of y’all
Great video-thanks.What temp did you take the beef off the smoker? Thanks again.
I need to make that sometime soon thanks for the idea 🍺
There's a chimichuri tritip sandwich that I've got my eye on making. Same kinda vibe. Looks delicious, love a cheap easy sandwich

I agree. It’s so much better when you make it at home, too. Turkey is my favourite. I desperately want a deli slicer!

So a video on shopping for a deli slicer? Pros and cons and maybe 3 price points? I’m in the market for one for sure .
@@WilsonsBBQI'm sure Cabelas isn't in the U.K....but they make a very nice (and reasonably priced) deli slicer for a good price!
That looked really good…I always like your content
