    Would love to see some glow sticks on strings from this man. I have a feeling that's where he learned how to do the rope. Or maybe poi?

      I learned rope from videos and then relearned it from WeckMethod. I never actually touched poi or any other flow prop until last week. But there are lots of similarities, there are only so many ways you can move and object around the body

      @@AlpacaFlow well I used to do poi and just got my first rope. Never even heard of rope flow so I can't wait to begin. I'm doing it for exercise.
