Just fucking hate how people can let go of Paul's wild assumption on Rudy, meanwhile they immediately say Rudy shouldn't say shit to Paul being unfaithful. In that case, him throwing back the insults that Paul would have done when he was 11yrs old is completely justified.

Bruh. Did you watch the series or not? Paul is very frustrated and feeling hopeless. You can see in his face and his eyes. Paul overestimate rudeus and said those words what matters the most is they made it up. He admit his fault and apologize. Paul isn't a perfect dad. He makes a lot of mistakes. Why fret about this bro you can observe the reason why Paul is getting mad.

@@All-about-reading Read what I typed. IF PEOPLE CAN JUSTIFY PAUL INSULTING RUDY THAT HE IS JUST "GOOFING" AROUND, WHEN IN REALITY HE ISN'T. They should not get mad at Rudy for insulting Paul for being unfaithful(when in reality he isn't). Paul is projecting here, because let's be honest Paul would probably have fucked around when he was 11yrs old.

@@All-about-reading Paul is projecting his faults to Rudy, he probably sees that he has raised his son like himself. Paul knows he is in the wrong here, and he is projecting his insecurities to Rudy.

The second half of this episode was heart-wrenching that while it was playing I got Order 66 flashbacks from "Star Wars". 😢
But luckily Rudeus did not end up like Anakin Skywalker-turned-Darth Vader.

To everyone watching it: Do you think it’s Rudeus fault or isn’t it? Maybe you can write it in multiple „visions“, one from the viewers sight and from the Fathers sight. Viewers sight contains the knowledge that he is an adult and so on

Very late response but in my opinion, it was more of Paul's fault than Rudy's. Rudeus couldn't have known his family and everybody else was also transported in who knows where, since he was literally at the middle of where the mana calamity happened. Besides, he had to worry about getting home, getting Eris safely home, protecting himself and Eris, Ruijerd's reputation, expenses on food, travelling, housing, and more. It also doesn't really matter that Rudues was actually an adult since Paul and basically everybody on that world saw him and thought of him as a child. Paul expected way too much out of a child, and essentially kind of placed his hopes on him that he would be the one finding and reuniting the family since Paul tried very hard but to no avail. Anyways it doesn't really matter since they reunited after a year or two(I don't know exactly remember how long the journey was) and that should've been the first thing they talked and celebrated about(Which they did the next episode) so all is well in the end.

When I watched Mushoku tensei, I thought Rudeus and Eris are the only one who got tranported another place so I think Paul's fault, and Rudeus is only a child
