She did not need any of that as she was blessed with a model's figure. If she had lived longer, she may have done it in time, but she was only 32 or 33 when she wore the revenge dress. She passed at 36 so she never got old. Of course, nasty rumors claim Kate had a facelift at 35 but I don't think that is true or she would look better. Besides with the cosmetics we have today no woman should need one that young, not even in their 40's. You know she has access to the best in cosmetics. I doubt she has used Botox too. My sister-in-law uses Botox and looks a very youthful at 62. Kate is only 41 but looks 50.
No revenge dress will ever top princess Diana...I remember when she wore that dress and it was front page news. Aside from that I think Jennifer Garner looked smoking hot.
How could you leave off Minnie Driver's red hot dress at the Oscars for "Good Will Hunting" after Matt Damon dumped her on "Oprah"??? That look was incredible and even more so incredible given the very public way in which she was humiliated? Minnie knocked that look out of the park!

What made Diana's iconic was she had never worn anything so daring. That was her first time. they were already legally separated, and she was no longer a working Royal. She was not only say FU to Charles but FU to the restrictive Royal protocol rules she was supposed to STILL follow. She made it clear she was no longer following those rules in that dress. She wore many more juts as gorgeous sexy dresses after that. My favorite is the ice blue cocktail dress she wore with her aquamarine ring. gone was the frumpy Diana the Royals wanted her to be that we saw in the 80's.
