@@gilbertokoxx3559 No one is saying ' you don't grow old and die' I was saying I've noticed some people can be Ageist and it's ashame because individuals decide on themselves when they feel old not defined by a number as people age differently. Some look and feel alot younger and some vice versa so it's really an individual thing not for someone else to decide for another person.

If I were born with acne free skin n perfect skin .. it’s not hard being Asian to look young till at least mid 70 sometime to 90 . My grandma from my mom side 97 yrs of age wrinkle free when she passed away and never need to use any beauty products . Just eat whatever she likes . The things about Asian foods pretty much all foods they eat are healthy bc most of the time they cooks it. Even my other grandma 94 yrs of age still garden n well alert b4 she pass away . It’s all about simple life toward the end of your life .

Her name is RISA, not Rica. It is amazing that she hates exercise and keeps that nice figure! I think her youth also comes from her mentality that she loves hard rock so much.
A lot of people don't consider walking, stretching, or dancing, exercise. For many, weight lifting, running or training on gym equipment is what's considered exercise. I'm sure she's not sedentary, but I bet her slim figure has to do with a a mostly clean diet devoid of deep fried or otherwise greasy food, processed sweets, and little (if any) dairy. She looks amazing!

When you have a delicate baby face type, you look much younger than most so it's not about surgeries as much as it is a younger girlish face w/ those kinds of delicate features and 'softness'. Most ppl don't have this but a few do. She is in the minority as the exception to the rule. Most ppl can't handle this due to so much JEALOUSY!

But she was at some point controversial for starting to look drastically different probably because of plastic surgery. The tightness of her skin is not natural. Maybe it’s not so obvious for western people’s eyes but I can tell because I’m Asian. I’m sure she’s one of those people who looks naturally younger and also is probably making a lot of effort to look like this so I’m not discrediting everything but…I don’t like that plastic surgery is normalized and looking youthful because of it is praised so much. It’s toxic.

At age 52, one is still young. There's no need to "discover" any secrets that make the body young... it's an age where you're naturally still young. At this rate, someone in their 20s will post a video that reveals the secret to "looking" 20 years old. What a stupid world!
@domenico, 50s is not old, but it is middle age, assuming you live to 100. So for a middle-aged person to look in their 20s or 30s, that is actually looking young. I know people who in their 50s look 70, so they do look old. When you're right in the middle, you look either younger if you take good care of your skin and diet or you can look older if you eat junk, don't exercise, and don't protect your skin. Most people actually look their age in their 50s.
