Aj mai ap logo k liye Letter of Intent क्या होता है wo batane ki kosis ki hai. Bahot saree logo ko confusion hoti hai ki Letter of intent kya hota hai, kya ye offer letter hota hai etc. Bahot sare ko to Letter of intent k bare me pata hi nahi hai.
Isi ko samjane k liye mai ye video banaya hu.

I have got an offer letter from a company which i have to accept withing 7 days and i also got 1 letter of intent from another company(third party payroll).
Join date of a company(direct payroll) is 31st December
Join date of another company (which is giving me letter of intent) is 21december
And i have accepted this LOI officially but i have not got any offerl letter or any appointment letter.
Which company should i go with?

I have got an intent latter from a reputed company but that company mansion my salary, housing Allowanc, overtime Allowance, other Allowances, in a intent latter.
Legally is this correct...?

One last ques ..when a person leave the organisation after 2 or 4 days of joining under LOI so will there be UAN number generate ?, Please reply
Muje bhi loi mila but usme documents bhi mention ha kya ap bta sakte ha kese send kr sakte ha documents

i got letter of intent ntg is mentioned there only salary information is mentioned there totally opposite jo aapne kaha uske
If someone fail to accept letter of intent?
what reasons could be if I got rejected even after getting LOI ?
Some company rejects or put the candidate on hold if they get a better candidate in less salary. Or some would have their running or upcoming project on hold for which u might have been hired. So these are some reasons ur LOI might get cancelled.

Sir i got my LOI and uske sath unhone 3 4 documents attached diye h like PF form , salary meri , background form and HIPAA form and joining may m hai meri? So kbi n rejection mil sakti h mujhe?

So Salary mentioned on Loi is final or it may be changed after background verification

Hai sir i have doubt regarding LOI i got LOI from brestilcone they provided me salary CTC, location,etc...and they said in LOI that aceline limited will give premodule training for 45 days and they provide a premodule training of agreement between aceline and 3 months of employment in brestilcone by keeping security deposit of 50k can you please tell is it safe and tell me whether my job is conformed, they didn't provide me offer letter but the Aggrement have done
If they are asking u to deposit a cheque, then u should consider another option.

Sir actually in that agreement they told that in 45 days of training if we reject training or after training completes should be at company for 3 months if I drop at middle of training or refused to join in company the check will be their own, so. Please suggest me that whether or should join or should in reject
Look for another job. Don't give the check and in future too if any company is asking u to deposit a cheque. Don't join that company.

Sir, I have got letter of Intent, They told me that they will provide the offer letter on the date of joining. kya company mera offer reject bhi kr skti hai before joining.
Hi, Haa kr sacti hi kyu ki LOI koi legal binding nahi hota hai tumhre aur company k bich. To is samay jab tak tumko offer letter nahi milta, iske chances hai. But agar tumhe company pr bharosa hoga to koi paresani nahi honi chahiye. Good luck.

Letter of intent kyu ki ek legal binding nahi hota hai, too kabhi kabhi companies salary bhi mention kr deti hai. Hope it helps. Regards

Hi sir ek question hai, actully mera hr requiter role ke liye selection hua hai, but muje jo offer letter mila hai usme job role me employee likha hai.. to vaha hr recruiter hona chahiye kya

Yes. But do ask for an offer letter as well.

LOI ke base pr job krne pr ..kya company UAN number generate krti h aur agr krti hai to kitne din me ..after joining
Jab bhi koi company PF kategi tab UAN no. generate hoga. Speak to ur HR regarding it. They might have generated the UAN no.

Hi Rahul, Job location bhi kai company wale optional rakhte hai isliye nahi diya hoga. Lekin phir bhi company HR se aap apna job location puch le.

Hi Sir, mujhe letter of intent and salary annexure mil gaya hai, and usme likha hain ki, you have been selected for so and so designation, so does it mean my job is confirmed, because based on salary annexure offer and letter of intent, I have put my resignation
My friend, as they have not provided you with the offer letter (which is a legal binding between you and the company). Letter of intent is just a confirmation as they have liked your candidature and will be moving ahead with it. However, it is not a legal binding between you and the company so if company backs down from the employment they have offered you. You cannot do anything. So better ask for an offer letter from them. Yes, you can. Kyu ki letter of intent koi legal bounding nahi hota hai ye just ek mutual agreement hota hai.

Mere ko letter of intent Mila hai aur bola gya hai ki mere ko 4 din ka class karna hoga aur uske liye 3000 rupees manga hai.....for class....mere ko bas yah jaanna hai ki yeh company fake hai or real hai?
Jo bhi company apse paise mange kisi bhi prakar se samjho wo fraud kr rahi hai aur fake company hai.
