    I have a medium fox proframe ff helmet and I'm eyeing on getting a smith goggle this time. I wonder if Squad XL will fit right in with my medium helmet or I should go with squad?

    • @sportrxeyewear
      @sportrxeyewear  Год назад

      Hey there! Yeah, I'd say opt for the medium size to play it safe, especially if you plan to wear with a helmet. The Squad XL is a tall goggle and may interfere with the helmet fit. However if you purchase from SportRx and find that you prefer the XL fit, we'll perform a simple exchange as you're never stuck with anything that doesn't meet your needs. 🔥

    Do you think 58cm can wear squad xl with smith maze mips helmet large? As you mentioned the size is different. Is it the strap size or lens width and length size?

    • @sportrxeyewear
      @sportrxeyewear  Год назад +1

      Hi there! The Squad XL is mostly taller in size than it's smaller counterpart, and while we haven't personally tested the compatibility of the mips helmet with the XL model, there may be an issue where the helmet presses down on the top of the goggle chassis and applying more pressure to the top of one's nose. However, if you purchase from SportRx and find this to be a problem, you can always return for a different goggle model or a full refund so there's no risk!🤙

    Is there much size difference between the Squad XL and the Squad Mag?

    Does anyone know if the Squad XL have any difference in size with the I/O Mag XL?

    • @sportrxeyewear
      @sportrxeyewear  Год назад +2

      Howdy! I/O Mag XL stands 3.75 inches tall vs the Squad XL at 4 inches tall. 7.25 inches is the width for both. Because the Squad has a cylindrical lens, the I/O Mag XL will protrude a bit more from one’s face due to its spherical lens shape. Hope this helps!

    can you wear glasses under squad mag?

    • @sportrxeyewear
      @sportrxeyewear  Год назад

      Hello! Technically speaking, it is possible, although not recommended. The Squad Mag is not a true OTG (over the glasses) goggle type. And the cylindrical lens shape has the potential to come in contact with the frame when worn over. It's also uncomfortable. Arms (temples) of the frames can cause unwanted pressure points when situated beneath the straps of the goggle. You may also lose considerable peripheral viewing range, which is especially troublesome if you snowboard because of the sideways stance.
      The far better option is a SportRx prescription snow goggle insert that sits just behind the main shield lens of the goggle. Providing exceptional viewing range without the risk of damaging your expensive eyeglass frames. Plus, not temple arms pushing against the side of your head! Making for a comfortable and enjoyable riding experience. Click on the link below to learn more or place an order! 👇
