Hi not sure if you already got it working but I found out how to get mine to work! I made sure the lense was out and then I changed the batteries to new ones of different brands until some actually worked or we're strong enough and as soon as the batteries went in the film cover was ejected and it worked again. Although my film came out dark and turned black once I took a picture I found out a way to make it work, as soon as I took the picture I quickly turned the film face down on the table so that it wouldn't get so much light and left it for a little and then the picture actually developed good and the camera works. Hope this helps anyone and good luck!

Not sure what to do.

@@kimberlyvelasquez7083 Hey after a few new brands of batteries I tried, the ones that got it to work are called 'Rayovac High Energy AA 1.5V Alkaline' They were blue. As soon as I put them into my camera while it was on and the lense was out it worked again hope you get it to work!☺️
The real answer is take it to the place you bought and get refund...I am a seller dealing with tons of these shit everyday. you know what? The real issue is the guy who designed this mother board did not consider the camera will sold to so many countries with so many different types of batteries. It JUST CANT adopt varies voltages form different types of batteries. I run a company to deal with these shits. So dont buy mini 7 8 9 11 those need AA batteries and dont buy mini90. I've seen that it could also be a silver hook in the right corner on the inside of the camera if it;s up, that could be your problem. Not mine. Still lights flashing.
Mine was doing the same thing and the film cover was stuck. You have to make sure the lense is out and change the batteries but to a different new brand and as soon as you put in the good batteries the film cover should come out and it should work again sorry im late but hope it works for anyone who sees this.
When you buy the instax cam, It comes with a pairdeer super alkaline battery, I have tried a loooot of different alkaline batteries, But then it didnt work, Until I manage to find the same pairdeer super alkaline battery which is the original battery that comes with an instax camera and it worked!! I honestly thought my camera is broken after just a month of using it!

I really need some help I have an instax mini 9. When all the lights blink, you must replace the batteries with brand new ones while the lens is extended (on other words, with the camera turned on). Note that if you replace the batteries while the lens is retracted, the lights will continue to blink.

Hi actually this case the camera is already far from being repaired since it's the motherboard that has a problem already. The only way to fix it is by replacing the whole motherboard but that would cost the same thing as buying a brand new camera.

I visited service center with the same problem and they said need to change the main board . So I think you cannot fix it yourself. Buy the new one or visit sevice center and fix it.

I have the same problem. If the all lights are flashing its most likely because of battery . Mine has only 3 lights keep flashing while the home light stays illuminated. Tried brand new original battery as well , didn’t solve the problem . Any thoughts?
When the lights flash like that it means that the batteries you are putting in are the wrong kind so to make sure they are the right type read over the manual

Dont tell me that you watch whole idiots who replaced battery and then it works. This is sth in pcb. I got 2 of them one with blinking lights and second with broken roll so i just switch motherboard and it work so... it is propobly sth with capacitor or sth. Battery wont fix this problem in 99% But the true is when battery is dying it act like that the same as it is broken ;/

is this suggested fix is for this exact issue? (1 steady light and 3 blinking lights) or is this for 4 blinking lights?

HDX AA alkaline batteries worked for me after trying a bunch of other ones. hope this helps!! :)
But did you have a 3 light or a 4 light blinking problem?
This is a different problem with a malfacture all of then lights would be blinking if this was the case but the house symbol light is not

It actually could be the film sometimes their duds and the film will get stuck together. It happened to me :/

Use an alkaline battery and make sure that It's on while you're putting it.
