Hello :) So I finally replayed Ratchet & Clank and I wanted to let y’all know this year I’m planning on replaying the 1st 4 games in the series (Going Commando, Up your Arsenal, & Deadlocked) since they kinda need to be redone in higher quality and just more effort put in. Hopefully you’ll be able to watch them in the coming months. But for now I hope ya enjoy this longplay 🔧🤖
I miss being a kid playing this it was the happiest time of my life now I’m an adult and everything is just not the same extremely sad but when I want comfort and peace I look up ratchet and clank videos it’s an attachment to my childhood.
I feel like mostvof us who played this as a kid are 30 now 😂 one of my fave series aswell in fact im replaying it on a ps2 emulator on pc now truly a classic

Gemlik base was my favourite level. I never forget when I first arrived to the space station and heard the music for the first time... I was blown away
David Bergeaud is legendary for his work on the first four RnC games, in my mind. To date I still think it's the most original and unique soundtrack I've ever heard. I've never found anything that comes close to replicating the vibe he managed to grasp from the original four PS2 titles.
when i was 9 in 2002 me and my brother would play this game religiously it was a must in our household we play this game and mastered it like clock work it was very fun and enjoyable

Suddenly, Ratchet fell out with Clank, after Clank getting them both tricked into a deathtrap (obviously without Clank even knowing), done by Captain Qwark, strictly under evil dictator Drek's command! I get that Ratchet was angry, but He could have saved His anger for Qwark, instead of taking it out on poor Clank! 😔 Obviously Clank thought Himself had good intentions as well as He believed Captain Qwark did, so Clank just naturally wished to have Qwark on His team to help fight evil against the galaxy, until evil fights Ratchet and Clank itself, when Drek commands Qwark to destroy them both... The story justified all by serving justice to Qwark in the most lawful way as to what He done, as well as R&C did to Drek also! I like how the first game here doesn't miss out on the stuff that We think doesn't seem important, when actually, it does! 😊
An absolute classic. REALLY VERY hoping we eventually get the PS2 QUADRILOGY, the PS3 Future games and the PSP games eventually ported to Steam (fuck the 2016 remake as that is a disgrace to this franchise). All that is needed for a remake is add in the improvements the sequels had, tweak the world's to accommodate the improvements, update the graphics, KEEP THE STORY AND VOICE ACTORS THE SAME!!!!!
R&C has been a long-time favorite of mine. I've played almost all of the games from the PS2/PS3 eras, though I probably have replayed this one more than any other game. It truly was ahead of it's time, and still stands out today as one of the greatest action-platformers out there, even for today's standards. Of course, it has it's flaws, as any game does, and probably more than any other game in the series; no strafing, weapons don't upgrade, and often times the difficulty comes from the game just throwing a shit-ton of enemies your way. Looking past these, however, it truly one of Insomniac's magnum-opus...es? Looking to get my PS3's disk reader repaired and cracking open this game again to see about 100%-ing it. You know, between R&C, Skyrim, Subnautica, Minecraft... we have very similar tastes, you and I. Glad to see like-minded people, especially with tastes as widespread as mine.
Does anyone remember if your game glitches and couldnt load the next zone rachet and clank would continue to fly through space, as a kid i was use to forever blackscreens this game broke me the first time😂
In the hundreds of hours I put into the entire PS2 QUADRILOGY, never had that happen once. Now the infinite loading screen glitch in Champions of Norrath on the other hand, I had that happen many times.
@@connortheicon751 because I use my computer all the time, my consoles I only touch to play specific games. It would be much more convenient for me anyway. Plus I could add it to my steam favourites
Dose anyone know how ratchet see's Clank and the end of the start of the game it doesn't really get explained Like I mean ratchet could of heard the crash and decide to check it out but please tell me what you people think I'll be interested
At 3:49:20 im stuck it won't let fly the jet it says I need a helmet but I don't know where to get one if searched everywhere I think the game is softlocked can anyone help?
