Doing these kinds of distances with no training opens you up to injuries. I really hope you don’t attempt that 100 miles in a day with no actual long term training. Please get a coach or some kind of training plan for that type of distance.
Louis i used to watched your videos back in the days of daily vlogging and i absolutely loved them, today i just watched your channel for the first time in a while, and it felt like reuniting with an old friend. I am so happy that you and Raya had a baby, congratulations!!! Many blessings to ya'll, you're an absolute legend bruv!! God bless
Loved watching this adventure! I have to say it did make me chuckle when you said you weren’t sure how to cool down and the sea was right behind you ! I’m sure there’s rules against stopping etc…but it was quite comedic haha 🫶🏻
Would love to hear Raya's take on this. Something tells me that while she avidly supports your physical goals over all, she may have had reservations about today's event due to the heat, number of miles, lack of training and other factors.
Should be super proud of yourself Louis! Would be great to see you run the same route on a cloudy day. I think you would smash it! Good luck on your journey to a 100 mile day. You got this!
Congrats for achieving that, but training is required my man !!! I ran the London marathon with no training. I kept putting off going out to practice and before I knew it the day had arrived !!! I was about your age when I did it, but the crowd helped me through. You had no crowd, so well done !!! Bloody painful !!! Said I'd never do it again, but did it two more times after that, with training though !!!
Omg Louis, so proud of you, l felt exhausted for you, l thought go jump in the sea to refresh haha, and on the hotest day too, lots of love from Australia
Physical challenges are my favorite videos on your channel! Thank you for sharing your journey. Brought me back in memory to my first marathon which I run over a decade ago in 2012 :)
You should be careful doing this in a non organized race! In organized races you'll have watering points, or aid stations, and you should learn how to hydrate properly and take in enough energy or carbohydrates! Well done man! This is just crazily good of you to have done this!!! If you come to SA for the Comrades, you'll run in 25-plus degrees C temperatures most likely. so be prepared!!!
In Denmark on the Isle Mors we have a 100 miles event every year.. it's a really hard challenge, and if you're trying out to do the 100 miles please prepare yourself. Not training can make you more open to injuries
I love this. I tried the 100 mile ultra marathon thing in 2018 when I was 61 years. Sadly it did not end well for me and I DNFd. But I still managed to do my birthday reps, 67 pull-ups, 1 muscleup and 67 straight bar dips.
Haven't watched you in such a long time, I was very religious in watching before however.. the minute you set off running and the music kicked in, I feel like I've not missed a minute of your adventures if that makes sense 😅
When I did my last 5K, I was having heat stroke at the end. I passed the finish line, got my medal and asked for the EMTs. They put a Bag of ice on my neck and I was soon better.
Maybe not the best idea, but hey. Sometimes you just have to have faith that you can do it, dig deep, and get it done. So happy you persevered, congratulations!
Great run, impressive indeed 💪🏻 But where were you? I didn’t catch that. Jersey? Signs in both English and French some places… or are you still in Brighton?
NEVER EVER ATTEMPT YO RUN A MARATHON W/O SERIOUS TRAINING LOUIS…….not when you’re feeling ill at all!!! You’ll want to run a “continuous” marathon trying not to stop to often! Proud of you very much!!!
Maybe next time you do one of these challenges you could make the difference a little less bad. Like instead of doubling your total distance ever run you could train up to life 20 miles and try to push yourself to do the final six? Just wondering. Hope you’re doing well and recovered. I’m 35 and that looked to me like a week and a half on the couch after that trying to muster enough strength to get up to make ramen! 😂 don’t want to get any serious injuries lol sucks getting older. 😅
Tjis is awesome! If your interested you should look in to barefoot running (a forefoot strike), and maybe barefoot shoes, it has a different physical inpact on your body
Love your Spirit & Tenacity! Hope you’re ok! Looking forward to your next vlog! 🙌🏼

Injuries or even death 🫠
thecanadianberserker has done the 100 miles in just over 24 hours & coaches here in Canada
Yes! I hope he trains
I do this all the time, no injuries I'm in barefoot shoes buddy and on a carnivore diet. Well I do hot yoga as my only training. Easy peasy

I thought the same! ‘I can’t work out how to cool down” 😂
Good on you! Great determination! Lovely to have your family at the end ❤️
Great stuff Louis and congrats! Looking forward to your ultra marathon journey, we should definitely sync up and do a run together one day!
I was thinking of you whilst watching this video of Louis! It would be great to see you guys making a video together.
Would love to hear Raya's take on this. Something tells me that while she avidly supports your physical goals over all, she may have had reservations about today's event due to the heat, number of miles, lack of training and other factors.
A friend had a stroke after running a marathon on a warm sunny day, he is still in a wheelchair. He even has the same dreads, or did.
Should be super proud of yourself Louis! Would be great to see you run the same route on a cloudy day. I think you would smash it! Good luck on your journey to a 100 mile day. You got this!

Congrats mate, that's a huge achievement and on what looked like such a hot day too! Recover well.

Why not train and then run a marathon that would get you in much better shape than just running without training. And be sustainable long term
Congrats Louis🎇🎇 We all are so proud of you💜💜

As an Aussie watching this it hurts no hat no sunnies no sunscreen slip slop slap brother!
Wise words at the end. Congrats, Louis!!!!
That calipo looked absolutely incredible, I could taste it! This is such an incredible effort.
Your amazing keep it up Louis!!! X
"I need to cool down but I don't know how" running literally next to the sea!!! I would have gone for a quick dip!
I’m really enjoying these videos atm. The cycle, tesla and now this one. Keep it up!
😮 Congratulations! Will you report how many days it took for you to recover physically?
never eat berries below peeing level, you never know if someone have peed there 😂🤣
Well done Louis! Great achievement 👏
Be careful you don't destroy your knees with road running. At 62 I kinda regret the damage I did when I was younger.
love when you post these challenges!
Thanks for taking us along for the run. I hope you have recovered nicely. Loved the drone shots of Brighton. We want to vacation there someday. 💐🤗
This is how you give yourself injuries
Exactly. I’m seeing way too many videos of people doing this stuff without training.
So irresponsible ... you are totally right
Know your own body
What people will do for content nowadays!
Whoot whoot!!! I think at the heatstroke moment I would have bagged it 😂. Impressive!
same :D but I cant even get to run 5km :D

"I don't know how to cool down"... walks beside ice cold water... GO FOR A DIP, LOUIS!! LOL!!!
You're a beast Louis. So inspirational. Great job.
Wow! Glad you finished without any injuries! ❤
Wow, awesome achievement! This camera needs to come to Canada quickly!
👏👏👏👏 on louis for pushing yourself to the limit
Congratulations i was shouting dive in to the sea to cool down and you did. ❤❤XX
Well done Louis that was amazing. But do look after yourself in such weather.
The hover air seems great! Very tempted 😅
Always impressive, Louis! Love that Raya and baby met you at the end ❤
Surprised I didn't pass you. I run the under cliff most days. Good work, marathons are tough. That drone looks cool too!
Sunburn speedrun haha
Excellent efforts tho Louis, keep going you're doing great!
Thanks for sharing your experience!
That dip in the sea must have felt great! Great job pushing yourself, you should be very proud ❤
TIL Louis and Raya had a baby, happy for them
Im just going to say it the fact that you were able to run half the marathon distance without training up to it is impressive to me.
Wow!! Way to push on!! 👍💕✌️
Congratulations!
Well done Louis excellent and on a hot day
good video was waiting for you to jump into the sea to cool down, would love to see you do the English coast to coast path.
Great work Luis!
Haven't watched you in such a long time, I was very religious in watching before however.. the minute you set off running and the music kicked in, I feel like I've not missed a minute of your adventures if that makes sense 😅
Many blessings to you❤💞
How you managed this without proper training is baffling to me. Very impressive.
I cant run 5km without training let alone what he did !
Impressive, Louie!
I bet that felt SOOOO good jumping in the ocean. Nothing better.
When I did my last 5K, I was having heat stroke at the end. I passed the finish line, got my medal and asked for the EMTs. They put a Bag of ice on my neck and I was soon better.
That's awesome Louis
that drone is amazing
That post marathon stair wobble-- I feel that 😂
Well done my friend, well done 👍😎
Great experience friend, good marathon.
Maybe not the best idea, but hey. Sometimes you just have to have faith that you can do it, dig deep, and get it done. So happy you persevered, congratulations!
Cheering you on!
Hell yes Louis!
I'm running my first 100 miler this December
omg, I cant imagine that... kudos
Great job brother.
Way to Go Louis!
Well done!!! 🙂👍
Great run, impressive indeed 💪🏻 But where were you? I didn’t catch that. Jersey? Signs in both English and French some places… or are you still in Brighton?

Great effort mate, might suggest getting a hat, keep the sun out of your eyes and protect your head :)
Well done mate. Subbed
Someone get this man a hat big enough for his head please 😂
Very nice video 😊👍
No way, I ran a half marathon yesterday! The heat was the main issue for me!
Hello!!!!!! Good job Louis
Wow well done
11:58 FULLY-LEADed blackberries, yummy 🤤
Go Louis! Go! 😀
take it easy
That wee took around 7% of your energy!
Maybe some sunnies and a hat next time! Haha amazing effort
Is porridge like oatmeal or something else?
Pretty much. Oatmeal is porridge but it can made from most grains.
Luis you are not eating enough for something like that. I am 5ft3 and I eat 120g of carbs for 2h half marathon 😳 you will hurt yourself
Maybe next time you do one of these challenges you could make the difference a little less bad. Doing well. I feel like I need to warn, you're 40. Be careful with your knees.
You’re gonna get injured if you don’t get proper advice and training
Well done dude!
Felt bad for you when you were turning around and at 28% energy.
Congratulations! But please take care when foraging. Only pick berries hip level or higher. Deer and fox piss can carry serious parasites.
Why are you running in open sun?
Be careful, your family needs you healthy.
Tjis is awesome! If your interested you should look in to barefoot running (a forefoot strike), and maybe barefoot shoes, it has a different physical inpact on your body
St eff in
Watching here idol always support your channel and video 23:35
Hi Louis!!
It’s bad to do it without training please don’t do this again. Side note you crashed it
Your a beast man, and with no training thats rough
