    Where did you get that specialty tool to install and remove the caps? Have a part number for the tool?

      It's a generic pin spanner wrench from Amazon. I believe there are several adjustable ones that you can even interchange the pin sizes for around $20.

      I found the seal kits on Amazon. I think eBay has them as well.

      Those are the complete trim cap/seals. The internal seals you should be able to find in kits for whatever outdrive you may have (DP, 270, 290, so forth)

      I actually do not. I found the kit on eBay if I remember correctly.

    what do you recommend for teh lube for the o rings?

      I would just use gear oil to lube the o-rings since that will be available anyway.
