It’s so interesting that the sculpt is there in terms of detail but by doing the most basic paint schemes u get to see none of it. Great job buffing this up to a higher level!
I love your custom collecitables, they are the reason I started following your channel. The work you do is so simple but the results speak for themselves. Ive spent hours using your methods working on projects with my son and that's been great for me as a dad to be able to spend that time with him. I would love to see Chris do a Superman diorama with him floating doing his heat vision on something or someone. I'm sure his mind can think of something sick af

Agreed, was not a fan of the new groot body but after you customized and brought out the features. It began growing on me. Sometimes that is all a figure really needs to take it to the next level. Manufactures simple give us a great base. Amazing work as always!
Beautiful, freaking gorgeous. However, I love the way. This one looks out of the box to to be honest with you. All I did was add some matte finish. The one that’s a pain in the butt is teenage Groot from the Thor Love & Thunder wave.
I like this figure and I actually got used to the bulky look of Groot in this film so it's fine. My issue is the paint or lack of washes and dry brushed highlights like they did on the original or Toys R Us exclusive. Additionally the head looks off. It's probably the paint there but he looks strange. I also would have loved the extra arms from the hall gun fight scene. I think that would have been amazing. I think what you did here DEFINITELY helped his face especially. The wash Hasbro applied made his face look too rounded rather than the somewhat flatter shapes that are there. You helped tone down the face while bringing out details in the sculpt of his body and that helps a lot. I MAY try this on mine if I start feeling brave. I don''t think I'll try the hobby moss though.

Wow he looks awesome and just like the movie❤ i saw someone on reddit customize their Rocket figure, the base figure doesn’t have a neck really and he has crazy eyes. They used epoxy to raise his head, and the result looks great. Do you have any experience with anything like that? I think im gonna try it
They really have been cheaping out that rocket looks like it came from a mainline figure and it’s from marvel legends and not just a regular figure a deluxe the sculpts are great they spare no expense with the sculpting but the paint they have really been cheaping out and they got rid of the windows to and there jacking up the prices were paying more for less
