Ah! Caecilia is my charecter, my sweetheart. I loved listening to you talk about her. She is a very self indulgent charecter for me, kind of everything I like in a charecter wrapped up into one.
I had gone onto your page afterwards and seen Calliope (please correct me on spelling if that's wrong), and while I originally had a different charecter of yours bookmarked, I may have completely changed directions last second. 😅
Thank you so much again, you are truly a delight. I'd love to do this again next year, once I've grown more as an artist and can truly do your beautiful charecters justice.

Also by the way his name is pronounced “Bear-uh-Jack” which I should have put in his bio, but it’s not a big deal at all I just thought I’d mention it :) Flopsie and I just found it a little funny as we were watching the video because we’ve never heard it pronounced that way before ^^ (because we made up the name without looking it up or anything)

Seriously even now I love Barajack’s design, I always try to reach an end product that I’m proud of- especially when it comes to art for others, but Barajack’s design specifically… I worry I started Artfight too strongly lolol, no but seriously thank you for being a huge supporter of my channel and my work, you are always so kind and it means the world to me. (And I appreciate the understanding when it comes to fantasy name pronunciations - that ALSO means a lot to me haha)

Again I'm so behind on every video content but I want to participate in the fight!
Honestly I love getting story bits through various characters up on people's profiles. I find myself gravitating towards characters that have canon connections to others ( I cannot trick anyone I just want to draw lesbians)
Just today I did a sketch of a silly non-binary cowboy. I never really think Bout the Western genre but it does lend itself soo well to a bit of eldritch horror.
Also I really really love your drawing of Barajack. The vibes are of the roof and those colours are so good!
The shoulders back pose is such a good one, truly one of my personal favourites.
I was about to say: "but I don't have a pretty pink character" well I now do have the more edgy version of Bordeaux to berry character XD
Ohh and drawing characters that are in a noticeably different style is really fun. I love interpreting and adjusting the details to fit my style (even though I worry a lot about giving simpler characters the "wrong" details)
As for character designing, I feel like I'm actually very much an artist who just loves the characters design process but due to the time I have/ give myself to do art I really get to just make a random character for the fun of it.
It's something I'm trying to change especially since I've felt strangely limited in my characters design since they're all mostly "function, realistic" people.
Little freckles and other body marks have to be some of my favourite details. There's just something very special about skin details I cannot explain.
Oh my.. as for the team decision-
Since I wasn't able to choose so Artfight put me into Stardust. Against my girlfriend's wishes I have more or less decided to betray the team halfway through the month (but don't tell anyone)
Zooming in on The Overlord's nicknames I noticed it and whispered alongside "Little Ovy". What a wonderful nickname. (Yes I might be reminded of Drawtectives XD)
If hyper focusing isn't one trademark Artfight thing I don't know what is.
I can't wait to finally get to drawing myself! (I have not decided on any characters I want to draw qwq)

Thank you for all the compliments on my character designs!! I wish I had the freedom/looseness of character design that some of my childhood art has where there is no "right" or "wrong" or "historically inaccurate"-- of course I still do that with my impractical armor haha, but I think there is always a big part of me that worries about practicality that leads me to stifling my character designs a little bit. Sometimes it's good and the right thing to do, but sometimes it's just nice to make a character design and not use all the brainpower I have for a day hehe

aw oh no!! it is a little bit up to luck for your characters to be found when it comes to artfight- a lot of people use other social medias to showcase their characters and art and that draws a lot of attention (like me and my videos), but social media isn’t always the most artist-friendly anyways- you are more than welcome to leave your artfight username in the comments and hopefully some artists will stop by your page!

I was expecting to attack you week one but I was absolutely wolluped, destroyed and ambushed with 13 attacks in the first 2 days. (A few were mass attacks too!) (and I’m out of state, like I visited Zion for the narrows day two and got so many when I got to service) so I’ve been revenging, got 1.5 left to revenge. But ima get you this idea it’s a goodie >:] I would say be ready but idk if you can be fully for my idea
