  • Top 5 Career Options after Engineering Graduation:
After my B.E., I don't know what to do next? My father wanted my help in his business. My mother wished me to do M.E. / M.Tech. My brother asked me to do MBA. Some of my friends are preparing for M.S. and try to go to a foreign country and explore a new world. My neighbour’s daughter got a decent package at a reputed company through campus placements. Most people have advised me to do this or do that. I really don’t know what to do.
Are you in this confusing situation? Don't worry, you are in the right place to get the right information so that you at least find out what you want. For that reason only, I am making this video for showing the different career paths and the relevant information. Because a wrong decision at this junction make you frustrated and miss an exciting career opportunity.
If you work hard, all of these 5 options (M.E./M.Tech/MBA/M.S., Job in private sector, Job in public sector/Government, teaching and Entrepreneurship) will get you lead a happy and successful life by earning a lot of money. By the end of this video, your job is to find out which of these options will get you more money, least frustration, job satisfaction and most importantly….which of these will give you more happiness!

To join the Indian Navy after completing a B.E. degree, candidates typically need to appear for specific entrance exams that are conducted by the Indian Navy and the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Here are some of the related exams:
      1. Indian Navy Entrance Exams:
      a) Indian Naval Academy (INA) Entrance Exam: This exam is for candidates aspiring to join the Indian Navy through the Naval Academy for various branches, including the Executive, Engineering, and Education branches.
      b) Direct Entry Naval Armament Inspection (NAI) Exam: This exam is for those interested in joining the Indian Navy in the Naval Armament Inspection (NAI) cadre.
      c) Short Service Commission (SSC) Exam: B.E. graduates can apply for Short Service Commission in the Indian Navy through specific entry schemes. The selection process includes written exams, interviews, and medical examinations.
      2. Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination:
The UPSC conducts the CDS examination twice a year, and candidates with a B.E. degree can apply for the Indian Navy through the CDS exam. The exam includes a written test followed by an interview process.
      3. University Entry Scheme (UES):
The Indian Navy conducts the University Entry Scheme for B.E./B.Tech students who are in their final year of engineering. This scheme allows candidates to join the Navy as Permanent Commission Officers.
      4. Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET):
INET is conducted for Short Service Commission officers in various branches, including Executive, Technical, and Education. B.E. graduates can apply for technical branches through INET.
      5. Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview:
After qualifying in the written exams, candidates are required to undergo an SSB interview. The SSB interview assesses candidates' intelligence, personality, and suitability for a career in the Indian Navy.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the official websites of the Indian Navy and UPSC for the latest updates on exam notifications, eligibility criteria, and application procedures. Additionally, it's essential to thoroughly prepare for the written exams, interviews, and other stages of the selection process to increase the chances of success in joining the Indian Navy.

A B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) equips you with valuable skills, but it doesn't directly lead to filmmaking. However, your engineering background can be an asset in the film industry, particularly in certain areas. Here are your options for entering the film field after B.E.:
      1. Film Studies Programs:
      a) M.A. in Film Studies: This program provides a strong foundation in film theory, history, and analysis. It will enhance your understanding of cinema and storytelling.
      b) M.F.A. in Film Production: This is a more practical program where you'll learn filmmaking techniques like directing, screenwriting, cinematography, and editing.
      2. Specialized Programs:
      a) VFX (Visual Effects): If you have an engineering background, especially in computer science, you could pursue VFX programs. Your technical skills will be valuable in creating computer-generated imagery for films.
      b) Animation: 3D animation involves technical expertise. Your engineering background might be a plus in this field.
      c) Sound Design/Engineering: This area requires knowledge of acoustics and audio technology, which might complement your engineering knowledge.
      3. Film Schools:
Consider attending a reputed film school. These schools offer intensive programs in various filmmaking aspects, from directing to cinematography.
Remember, a formal degree isn't always mandatory. Many successful filmmakers have come from various backgrounds. Your passion, creativity, and perseverance are crucial for success in the film industry.

The choice of stream for an MBA depends on various factors, including individual interests, skills, career goals, and market trends. It's important to consider the current and projected demand for professionals in different fields, as well as the potential for growth and opportunities.
That being said, certain streams or specializations within MBA have shown consistent demand and have promising prospects in the future. These include:
      1. Technology Management:
With the rapid advancement of technology, there is a growing need for professionals who can bridge the gap between business and technology. Specializing in technology management can provide opportunities in sectors such as IT consulting, project management, and innovation.
      2. Data Analytics and Business Intelligence:
In the era of big data, organizations are increasingly relying on data-driven decision-making. Expertise in data analytics and business intelligence can open doors to roles like data scientist, business analyst, and market research analyst.
      3. Healthcare Management:
The healthcare industry continues to expand, creating a demand for managers with knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and strategic planning. Pursuing an MBA with a focus on healthcare management can lead to opportunities in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare consulting.
      4. Sustainability and Environmental Management:
With growing concerns about climate change and sustainable business practices, professionals who can integrate environmental considerations into business strategies are becoming increasingly valuable. Specializing in sustainability management can lead to roles in corporate social responsibility, renewable energy, and environmental consulting.
These are just a few examples, and the "best" stream for an MBA may vary based on individual preferences and the specific market conditions in different regions. It's recommended to conduct thorough research, consider personal interests and skills, and evaluate the current and projected industry trends before making a decision.
