It really is amazing, my grandfather has a farm and last year a family lost their son right before harvest. Now it's a family that we've had issues with over the years and butted heads with. But even so we were there with our grain cart at 6am ready to offload the combines and if things were the other way around they'd have been there too. It's just how things are done out there.
im from a pretty closely knit area in the netherlands, the farmers in my area werent "big" but they had a lot of land further away, but they never let eachother do the work alone, 4 different farmers, 50 fields shared between them. Every year they'd help eachother plant, harvest and even feed eachothers animals if they were sick. one of my neighbours got a spinal injury which had him bedridden for half a year, the other farmers took care of his animals and even harvested all his fields for him in his absence. Farmers are the best.
@@travisjohnson8240 in terms of... numbers of farmers vs numbers of corporate farms? how about acres farmed? I'd venture to say it's the other way around 5% farmed by family owned small farms and 95% owned, run or manipulated in some way by corporations, be it seed technology, computer software licensing, ownership of the product outright like the large chicken companies... Families don't run this country, corporations do.
Not sure why God "allowed" this to happen, however, what a testimony the families will have. So 50 farmers x2(wives) Add kids add grandkids. Cool. 1 life can make a HUGE difference
i definitely agree but even huge farms with many thousands of acres have the same spirit about em.. at least where I'm from.. i have a cousin that was doing bad health wise and one of the neighbors is a huge farmer in the area.. what my cousin takes a couple of weeks to do with his tractors and equipment the other farmer can do in hours with their fleet of tractors.. they offered help but my uncle and other cousin ended up doing the job... but it was nice that they offered...
That story would bring a tear to a glass eye. Wonderful neighbors, reliable folks, and a yearning to succeed is what makes America strong. May God bless this family.
You know we the human race for the most part are fairly intelligent people. I do not understand why the rich and politics cannot see how important the farmers are to the human race. Without the farmers they wouldn't eat or drink or even have clothes on there back. What really pisses me off. The farmers are the hardest working people I know. Not only that . They are most kind and willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. But are the most understand paid occupation I can think of for the amount of work they do and make the most sacrifices of anyone. I don't understand why these people can not see this. All I can say is God bless each and every farmer out there. Thank You for you for everything that you do I appreciate you'll
The rich don't care,, they have money to buy what ever they like,, but when you have to grow it,, like farmers,, its much much more important,, a way of life.... I totally agree with you,,, being a dairy farmer once, and now a beef farmer, (UK) its totally important to educate ppl that food is a necessity,,, like breathing,,,
You, your family and your friends are the foundation of our country may your injuries heal fast and the sorrow over the loss of your brother be comforted.
I just love to see when farmers come together to help out someone that has been in an accident or something else that is stopping them from farming at the time. God bless the farmers!
The love and respect between farmers is beyond belief, I’m no farmer but Videos such as this really make you thing how golden the hearts of some really are!
Just seeing this story now. Farmers are amazing people. Hard work and long hours, no sick days, no paid vacations, no day off for holidays, the list goes on. They make a lot of sacrifices for themselves and other people. So nice for these folks to get together for this family and do what they did.
And that's where our food comes from is farmers thank you to each and every farmer out there my grandfather was an farmer and I use to help him on the farm and I like to do it again
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!! Again Wisconsin People knocks it out of the park!!!!!!!! This is what TRUE FRIENDSHIP IS LIKE!!!!!!!! Why can't there be MORE communities like this one????? I lived in Green Bay, Wisconsin from November 23, 2003 till February 15, 2006 and during that time I myself seen how friendly and helpful the Wisconsinites are and can be. I think if MORE PEOPLE were like the people living in Wisconsin this country would be a MUCH BETTER COUNTRY to live in. My hats off the this community in Wisconsin.
When I went back to my grandpa's village in Bohemia I asked about him. All said if anybody needed help he was the first to help out. My Grandpa inspires me to give 110 percent.
That is a scary thing that can happen, every time i work under a header i make sure it is locked first, but there is many dangerous things that could also happen. I work on a farm where 8 years ago a worker named Chris Pollock got his hands stuck in a corn picker and i work on the same farm and it scares the hell out of me of all the things that could happen but its a very needed job.
When I work under a combine head, it gets locked in the up position and a huge tree stump gets put under the head as another safety device. Can't never be safe enough!
My thanks to all of the Farmers who put their own work on their farms on hold to gather to help one of their own who needs help in a time of need! I did spend time on a farm from 1955-1962 when the landlord just decided to up and sell his Farm! My Dad was only renting it so as a 5 year old child I was doing a grown ups job and it was very hard work even back then it was only a dairy farm I don't remember how large the farm was so I can say for a few years I was a farm boy! The one thing that I know things have really changed from 1955 to 2024 everything that a modern day farmer has to buy to operate a farm has probably tripled in PRICE!
This is heart touching. It is great to have good people left to help a farmer in time of need. God Bless each person who helped. This is what Love is all about.
Farmers and town folks helping each other in need and then farmers wives and town folks making a beautiful homemade meal with good homemade deserts when the field work is done. This is the USA. 🇺🇸
This video shows town people how much farmers care about each other and that's why town people should care because I'm only 11 and I've been in one week with farm equipment I was driving home our scidloader at an intersection and two full yellow lines and they passed scidloader totaled the car and no one got hurt but the man was in a big hurry and his life changed in 1 second.
Relax, he/she is 11. They were driving a skid loader near an intersection with double yellow lines (no passing zone) and someone passed and lost control of their vehicle or hit another.
Its so sad to hear about all these farming accidents fatal/non-fatal but its also so heart warming to hear about how all these other farmers that are at the ready and willing to help and thats how it should be.
Dont let the bright colors on the equipment fool you, farming is one of the most dangerous jobs there is. Loooonnnggg hours and heavy equipment is a very tough recipe to master.
We did something similar in Arkansas in 2013 when a neighbor was taking cancer treatments. We put 16 combines , tractors with grain carts, and trucks in his fields. We split up and weren't all in the same field but cut what was close to us. We did it again in 2025 when he died.
God bless our farmers. They gamble there farms, land and livelihood every year to not only feed America but also the world. Big corporate farms do not support each other like the small farmers do. Mr White I hope you heal fast and completely, and I'm so sorry for the loss of your family member.
What a wonderful reminder that there are still people in America that preserve our values as Americans. ... and are prepared to teach these values to the next generation. Instead of the crap that they learn via our primary and secondary education.
The 63 dickheads that disliked this sobering video should be kicked in the balls. Farmers are the backbone of our nation, and should be revered as such. God bless each and every one of you brave, hardy workers!!
Love to know who the 57 were who voted thumbs down for this video and their reason.... The people in the world who just seem to hate anything good in this world when others are in a time of need. If we the people were more like this to our neighbours the world would be such a better place.
Tight knit group.... Most of the country, this is exactly what happens in time of need... Unfortunately, not everywhere 😪 Last year was one of those years, lost my dad the end of June 2018. Hired man was a little flakey before dad passed, quit showing up after.... Middle of hay season, beginning of oat harvest. Only one Farmer offered to help. Got a week of baling big bales for meals, fuel and a pallet of twine. Very grateful for his help!!! We are still going, my daughters have stepped up to do most things, I'm still trying to do the job of 3 experienced operators, as well as mechanic. (Youngest daughter is going to school for diesel mechanics, she is a great help!! Older daughter is my right hand, she's still got a lot to learn, but raking, small baling, combining stacking big bales and tending to the cattle keep her busy!!) Be thankful for any help you get! Give a hand when someone needs it!!! Not comparing our experience to this one, just saying the help isn't always there 😪
I live in Argyle WI and we have the Riley Bros but they live in Darlington and they can get about 150 acres in 7-8 hours, but we can get that done in 2-3 days
you just can't beat farmers and farm families! hands of steel and hearts of gold!
Vicki Poe amen brother
Vicki Poe you're 100% correct. ~ Sincerely a farm kid
Hell yeah brother
Vicki Poe
Thank you. Couldn't have said it better.
Camaraderie between farmers, you can never beat it.
This is the side of America that I, as foreigner, absolutely love and admire. God bless you all!
This is the values on which USA was born. These are the true people who can say USA is a great country.
Canada stands by our families in the USA in support and with full respect to the great men and women who feed us every day.
Love from Vancouver.

I wouldn’t say this is values of the US this the values of farmers, I see farmers in Australia do the same thing
This is why we need more family farms
Agree
Yes agreed, but big business and big government doesn't want us as individuals they what us as a number in the line.
Yep! Too much regulation is ruining that!
Over 95% of U.S. Farms are family
@@travisjohnson8240 in terms of... numbers of farmers vs numbers of corporate farms? how about acres farmed? I personally knew Clayton Weis, and being another farmer in the area, his sudden death hit us all.
dead?
sasa selimaj the guy in the wheel chairs brother
Not sure why God "allowed" this to happen, however, what a testimony the families will have.
So
50 farmers x2(wives)
Add kids add grandkids.
Cool.
1 life can make a HUGE difference
I’m from Lake Geneva
My uncle did two tours in Korea and came back to the farm and died from a PTO accident standing next to his dad . The neighbors all came to help .
This video also shows you how quick your life can change so love every moment.

The rich and politicians are evil, nuff said.
Farmers are a different breed they know the the true meaning of family because they are one big family ! God Bless them all !
This is the real America. Have helped myself when I was younger for a neighbor that had cancer. The most gratifying work I have ever done.
From a Nebraska farmer, god bless you all!
Try that in a big town
Why are kids not more like this these days? I would happily give my life in a heartbeat for my mom and dad.
God bless all who participated.... Great Americans coming together.... That is what we Americans do.... Hats Off
Sorry about your loss..God bless you and your family ✝️..God bless everyone who showed up to do God's work.. Trying not to cry ✝️♥️🇺🇸🏅🏌️👍
How are you doing
They turned up to do Farm Work not god's work, Farmers don't have time to go to church as there is always work that needs doing on a farm!
It would be nice to see this type of kindness & fellowship in the city
good people helping a good man. grate job men and woman.
This is a true community god bless u all

I'm a great farmer
Still some real decent folks in this world!
Thats the America that I want to live in and help and it is one of many families that we all step up for. God bless the salt of the earth
God bless the American Farmer I pray you make a full recovery
Excellent video and story, how everyone should be in this world.
Thank you
This is heart touching. It is great to have good people left to help a farmer in time of need. God Bless each person who helped. This is what Love is all about.
That is the heart of every farmer I’ve ever known and it dates back generations. The term Salt of the Earth had farmers in mind.
May God bless and protect his people.
God bless these men

I cant understand what you were saying?
Relax, he/she is 11. They were driving a skid loader near an intersection with double yellow lines (no passing zone) and someone passed and lost control of their vehicle or hit another.
Exactly why I live in a rural area. You don't get this in the city. Farmers are the heart of this country.
I live in rural N.Y., makes me mad how our government has pretty much destroyed our family farms in this state.
Now this is what it means to be true patriot americans and neighbours. I hope I find a community like this to live in.
That story was Beautifully Presented.
God bless you all for helping that family
So heart warming for a farmer like me
That is a sign of family, all the farmers. Not greed. Like a construction company buying to build houses.😊
This is what us farmers and ranchers do and because of the next generation this will be forgotten so God Bless the American farmer and rancher

Always be vigilant about farm safety. Block with what is appropriate to keep anything from falling.
