I seen chinchilla say her & Ren always talk about once they release the song it doesn’t matter what the meaning was to them. Once it’s released it’s the viewers now. Whatever you get out of the song/art is correct. That’s part of the beauty in music.
Like your interpretation of the Song i agree with most of what you said, Ren always says he likes the Listener to come up with their own ideas of what the Songs mean so no one can be wrong in how they interpret his Lyrics, i like you think this Song is about his fight against all the obstacles he's over come and nothing will beat him. This Song could also be a Prequal to Animal Flow as the man they Kidnap in the Video is the same Man chained up in the Flat in Animal Flow.

The singer is Barrington Levy and he was a popular reggae artist in Britain and other countries worldwide when Ren was much younger.
More and more I am realizing that Ren's creations are composed of Millions of ideas, personal experiences, feelings and avenues of expression that become concentrated into a keenly focused Array of intentions -- in every song he creates! Ren is a multidimensional artist who is able to Become each performance he gives us. And what a story-teller Ren is! It is astounding to see what a good writer and actor Ren is when we look back at the many different characters he has embodied in the production of each artistic masterpiece! In two days I have now watched Murderer and reactions to it over 30 times and I keep discovering new things! You did a great job today and I have just subscribed to your channel. Its said Ren said that this was the most complex song thus far to video. One cam man ( not Sam this time ) and no pass ons. It's so well done it's made the impossible almost unnoticeable. From the Black and white start, backwards thru a window, to colour and a very tricky mirror shot, to backwards and ( mirrors Rens boxing sway with cam ) ,then super fast backwards down several flights of stairs, to sliding impossibly in and out of car... great react guys.
And here I was thinking I was so clever... I thought for sure they had the second cameraman in the back seat of the car to pass the camera to through the window. That's how I would have done it. lol😅
