Brock is 💯 percent elite!!!!! If he isn’t elite then Justin Herbert isn’t at all then!!!
But he is bro
I don't get why that was ever debated. Purdy was the starter and Darnold the backup for a reason. Guys are in the roles they are typically for a reason. You don't have Bledsoe to Brady type situations happen all that often where the backups end up better than the starters in front of them
Yeah... there never was a serious debate. Darnold was QB2 last season for a reason. Give Purdy a Jefferson/Addison type of WR duo with that O line and Niners are winning multiple SBs.
I’m not advocating for darnold over Purdy but you do realize how horrific Purdy played against the rams in December right?
👏👏👏 Thank you, very well said!
Darnold did great until a specially furious defense shaved maybe .5 sec from his comfort zone, and even worse his decision time was so slow. good up to that point, but could he ever succeed in playoffs without a dominating offensive line
Agreed. Purdy is better than Darnold. Didn’t play good all night.
Bring Rodgers 1 season
Darnold outplayed him head to head and this same Rams team SWEPT Brock and held him to 6 points the last time they played. How is it over?
Purdy has always been a better overall QB than Sam Darnold who just happened to get better protection from his O-line during the regular season this year. An elite QB doesn't always guarantee a championship but the team with all the right pieces and depth have a better chance. The Question is whether overpaying the QB position 60+ millions and not having the money to keep high quality players is the answer.
Jurassic Park shirt. As a John Williams geek, who scored the music for the film, I give you props!
In regards to Darnold, he's good! I don't think two bad games defines him. I also don't think he's better than Purdy, especially with the trashy offensive line the 49ers have.
His team won 14 games it's hard to go against him because of one (important) game but...
Ahhh, he sucked in the last two games. Not one.
As a Arizona cardinals fan Brock purdy gets to much hate even from 49ers fans😊
so many insane Purdy takes out there right now. most recent is a TN trade for draft capital? jfc please
Us Niner fans couldn’t care less! It’s gonna be Chiefs vs Rams/Eagles Super Bowl. Ultra boring
Are u in Truckee?
All the QBs in the playoffs have been trash thus far. Except for Jayden Daniels.
Has anybody checked on baldy😂
Brick Purdy has more playoffs wins than darnold and Jordan love
