Awesome job, these sounded really close imo. If you do another one of these, I’d love to see David Gilmour, Jimi Hendrix, Brian May George Harrison (a lot of the tones he managed in the mid/late-era of The Beatles were definitely cool) and Eddie Van Halen

The Metallica tone is too ‘fuzzy’ for my liking. The Mesa Mark IIC+ has a tighter sound.
It's just a factory preset. It gets really better from there.
Get the metal signature pack instead it’s much more usable.I personally hate the factory presets.I mod the presets to my liking.I don’t touch the eq but the gain,volume,presence and noise gate labels are way off in the factory presets.
Quick question are these tones available in the Standard version or do you need the Pro or Elite version of the software? Nice vid.

Please ma'am make video how to connect guitar, amp head, audio interface and bias fx.... All the cables connection.... Please
you plug in the audio interface to your computer, (download necessary drivers as well), plug guitar into the interface, then on the software go into audio settings and set input device to your interface and the output device as your speakers/ amp. and from personal suggestion change audio driver type to “ASIO” it seems to be the most responsive with the focusright scarlett solo 3rd gen.

@@mattisascending2 I have the scarlet solo 3rd gen and bias fx2 and can't change my audio setting to ASIO without my pc crashing. Updated bias and scarlett drivers- per focusrite I deleted the thunder bolt driver as it crashes. Can you help me out?

Hey Sophie! I've got a rather open-ended question for you... Any tips on dialing in specific tones? I picked up all of Bias' software on Black Friday and I'm finding myself with a bit of option paralysis (and I've never been great at replicating tones in the first place, haha). Any pointers?

I just have got to say how great this is. beyond good. theres a lot of great covers of these tunes on utube..it gets easy to write off/pass over them..but very few have this quality of sound AND FEEL... just consistently great playing here. \m/

Why it doesn’t sound the same when I use those presets? Is it my amp, do I need more volume? I don’t get the same cool tones, just something closer
You have to keep in mind that the vid (or audio) is recorded with a mic probably directly in front of the speaker, which affects the tone compared to you sitting in a room with natural echo and other tone-affecting stuff like bed, carpet listening to the sound (even if you sit in front of the amp)
@@one_vegan_boi1097 i don't think there were any mics used in making this video, Bias FX is a VST used inside a DAW, in this case Logic Pro. The guitar would be connected to the computer via an audio interface straight into Logic.
The reason you don't get the same tones using the same presets is that your guitar would almost certainly have different sound, different pickups, woods, electronics etc. Use the presets as a starting point and adjust to suit your own guitar from there.
Hi Sophie, Cute and Nice playing. I use a Kemper amp, but is there a way to incorporate the bias fx along with the Kemper amp? I'm looking for screaming lead tones.

LOL... great vid and thanks for sharing your content. (Apologies for the expletive, but those are the first words that came out of my mouth once I heard this video.)

@@robcarteevids3222 iPad out to iRig HD2 or my Xtone. Then the Xtone out to a amp set to the clean channel. Guitar goes into the Xtone. Hope this helps.
Tom Morello tone sounds absolutely spot on. The others are pretty close that Toms tone is perfect.

You need an audio interface and recording software :) I use a Focusrite Scarlett and Logic Pro!

They're always this red! 1. I'm always cold so they're always a bit purple, 2. I have OCD with washing my hands, so I think I've destroyed my skin over the years 🤦🏼♀️

Good job Sophie, I noticed the hands too. Starts right at the end of the sleeve. You also must be petite, because the guitars seem large compared to your frame especially the epiphone. Anyways good job!
