Was miserable
There is so much that can go wrong in this fight, where to start:
He has two openers, the one seen here, and a lightsaber attack. Punishing the lightsaber attack deals almost a full bar of health less damage, meaning his desperation move will trigger later, leading to:
An extra attack can sometimes trigger before his desperation move, where he will place three walls. I found it very difficult to consistently avoid taking damage here, since his thorns will throw you into the walls.
The first phase of his desperation move (two attacks, pause, two attacks, thorns) will sometimes whiff for seemingly no reason, messing up the block timing and causing you to take damage.
After his desperation move, you are stunned, and he will deal an unblockable attack. For some reason, whether or not this hit and whether or not you can punish it is pretty inconsistent. You can see here I try to punish a little late and he goes into an attack.
Other than that, it's just geniunely difficult, but despite the jank I think it's a fun fight. Glad to put it behind me.
