+James R lol please don't do that, he was just using it to prove that the shoulders and core are able to work in sync with the scapula retracted and arched, but I really don't think you want to do this while actually benching heavy weight.
+Daniel Plotkin I wasn't meaning under heavy load. more Or less 30-50% load to keep the focus on that part. kinda like when you practice partial deads in order to get your bracing better
