There were so many beautiful gowns, and everybody just had a smile on their face like they were being the bride for a happy day. They all look like they were going to the guillotine.
The second one was ridiculous! A few were very hard to walk in and most were just not pretty. But a lot of them had absolutely gorgeous fabrics. Just beautiful!
I thought the second looked like it was straight out of "The Jetsons." With the crossed-stepped movement that's fashionable right now, the rigid skirt made her look like she wasn't entirely sober, as well.
The only one I saw who looked elegant and like her dress was the model with the silver hair. She looked very ethereal, enjoyed the movement of her dress and her body movements were very smooth and soft. Very nice presentation.
Well, this was without a doubt, the funniest bridal show I have ever seen. All of the models seemed upset that they had to wear these gowns but most of them were tripping in them. I’m glad I’m old.
Most models have that angsty look. None of these gowns were my cup of tea but I did like some individual components. I made my wedding dress and saved a lot of money.
Absolutely beautiful!! The material on some of these dresses are just gorgeous!! So brilliant!! There were a few that should be a second dress, like change out of the big wedding gown to the reception dress you can dance in. These dresses are new and fresh, and out of the box.
Most of the dresses were very glamorous. Outstanding bling! Some were so strange they looked like cartoons. Joan Jetson could wear them! Or Elvira! The models were tripped up a bit, but very lovely. Loved the jeweled head ornaments.
These wedding dresses are just gorgeous. The hairstyles too that went with the outfits on the catwalk I liked as well. What an elegant, wonderful collection for wedding.
Almost all of the dresses were absolutely stunning. Only a few gave me a bit too much of an 89s vibe, with too many bows and big shoulders. I also loved the simplicity when it came to the makeup and hairstyles.
The models are hired to parade, to show the gowns, not to be seen. Their facial expressions must be neutral so to not attract attention away from the gowns. Unless you can do better than what the models were hired to do, you may want to curb your negative comments.
I get that, but then again, the purpose of the bridal gown is to enhance the beauty of the bride wearing it, so there is a balance that should have been presented.
Wow. While I think that almost of all of these dresses were too over the top for most women at most weddings in most venues, taken together as a collection, they pain the most beautiful picture of romantic opulence. One was more breathtaking than the next. I bet they have a price tag to match.
these aren't dresses, they're works of art, they belong in a museum, not on a woman. I could count on one hand the number of dresses I'd like to wear. there are a few that are suitable for a wedding. in most of them the girls had trouble walking.
These gowns are very much fashion forward and oh so beautiful. The second dress was hideous. All the rest were great. They are designed for many women's personalities and styles. And this is in Barcelona, Spain. Nowhere near the USA. Now I'm going to check out some American designers. Excellent job guys!!!
@terrib627 I know that to be the case, however, I can't see myself being drawn to a dress that the model wearing it appears to have not one iota of enjoyment in wearing.
Research: Runway models don't smile for a variety of reasons, including: To be a blank canvas: Models are meant to showcase the designer's clothing, not their personality. Smiling could make the model appear embarrassed or uncertain about the outfit. To look strong and poised: Models need to appear unworried, unshakeable, and able to move smoothly To represent the designer: Smiling could be seen as embarrassing or amused by the designer's slip. To maintain a neutral expression: Fashion designers often want their models to be "walking clothes hangers". To avoid looking ridiculous: Models may be afraid to look too happy in case they end up looking ridiculous. To maintain concentration: Models are concentrating on avoiding slipping or falling, and may be partially blinded by the flashes of photographers
I actually liked many of these. I think the issue was many were very ill fitted to the models wearing them. Some looked baggy on them and some were just too long for those particular models which is what caused the models to trip (I felt bad for the one in the very large cupcake dress). Their faces don’t bother me.
There were a few I liked but overall not very "bridal". Some of dresses the models could not even walk in, much less sit or dance. I would choose none of them.
Unfortunately I watched this whole video hoping the gowns would get better but sorry to say they didn’t! That one poor model had a hard time walking because of the gown! These gowns are for women who need to have attention good or bad and more money than they know what to do with!
The brides are too skinny!!! Most women aren't a bag of bones. Can the designers get more realistic, so that all women can look beautiful in a Bridal Dress? The bag a bones times has passed by 20 years ago or more!!!!
Well, some of the dress were really pretty. I would’ve had the models walking like brides with a smile on their faces and taking the little steps like brides not walking around like zombies. They’re also serious and walking like models in those dresses and it doesn’t make the dress flow like it should when a bride would wear it.
Goodness how wedding dresses have changed. In 1968 mine cost £45 from C and A. The dresses we have seen were made for stick insects, shame really, I don't like any of them, sorry 😮
The african american with the pulled back, parted hair could have done better going to a Person specializing in black hair. She probably does better hair for herself and makeup.
These gowns are each so unique and glorious yet the models look miserable, sad and even like they are being forced to walk in an awkward step, kicking the dresses outward. What ever happened to looking happy, smiling or even like they are enjoying themselves. It does not look like they are heading to the alter, but more like a sad funeral march. Too bad because the designers deserve more. This was such an opportunity to be blown away with style and fabric and embellishments and all I can focus on is how sad they look and what happened to hair stylists? Looks like they headed to play rugby not nearly as glorious as the gowns...
Some were nice, and some were just downright ugly. Better suited for Metropolitan Opera where stars compete to see who can wear the most ridiculous looking outfit. Some models seemed like they really struggled to make it. But who wants to look like the pope on their wedding day? Lol!
so many of these dresses are wearing the bride, should be the other way around. The bride is important and not all the crap they have thrown on these dresses. Either they are overdone or they look like Vegas showgirls. The dresses shouldn't upstage the brides,. And when did seemingly tinsel decorate the bodices and the chicken feathers adornment. There is some cheap element to everyone of them.

I am thinking that I am happy that I am old as well!😂
These girls all look like they could stand a substantial dose of Prozac!
Me too
Never have seen women that don’t want to be there
All dressed up for an apparent shotgun wedding! 😆😆😆 I’m thinking they’re all starving to boot! Hangry!
Ugly wedding gowns. How They made the stage is beyond me. 😮
Last two dresses in Russian style with kokoshneek are stunning! thank you
Да.. Русский национальный женский наряд кокошник! 👍❤
The Gatspy one was my all time favorite!!! 🇺🇸

@@dinkvjr fabrics beautiful because that's what you would expect especially for the price. However, the designs are awful. No imagination.
Most of the dresses were very glamorous. Outstanding bling! Some were so strange they looked like cartoons. Joan Jetson could wear them! Or Elvira! The models were tripped up a bit, but very lovely. Loved the jeweled head ornaments.
Some of the most beautiful dresses and fabric , atelier never disappoints….
If you love buttbows, question your life choices.
❤love the sparkly fabric and structure of the gowns just wish they would let the models 😊
Some beautiful. Some absolutely ridiculous.
Love This, love alll the dresses, literally
Wonderful...to the designers and the models...awesome. ❤
The thing to do is play this at double speed. This is the “Mad and Disillusioned Women Stomp Out in Disgust”! Show.
These wedding dresses are just gorgeous. The hairstyles too that went with the outfits on the catwalk I liked as well. What an elegant, wonderful collection for wedding.
Wow amazing 😮❤
A couple of them could make Big Fat Gypsie Weddings look small.
Almost all of the dresses were absolutely stunning. Only a few gave me a bit too much of an 89s vibe, with too many bows and big shoulders. I also loved the simplicity when it came to the makeup and hairstyles.
If designers bring back buttbows, I'm out.
A couple of the dressed look like the whipped cream run amuck!

I also thought the make up was great. Very romantic but not distracting.
A smile would not detract from them gowns
Facts! Thank you.

Some nice curtain material for a white bedroom....
I can't imagine a "normal" person ever wearing some of these dresses.
And I think few women have weddings in venues for which these dresses would be appropriate. But I guess we can all fantasize.
Or be able to afford these gowns, not everything is for everyone, however,it is nice to appreciate art in all of it's many beautiful forms.
Amazing, intricate, flattering, original and so beautiful. Bravo!
Hit and miss. Some are gorgeous and some definitely are not.
18.55 HANDS DOWN LOVE THE HEADPIECE AND THE GOWN SAYS IT ALL TOGETHER IN HARMONY
Yes, the fabrics are beautiful! That's all.
My favorites were the slim lines and art deco like patterns. Again the sparkles like ❄️ snow flakes

I see the talent in these designs, thank you for sharing.
wow!!! amazing!!!
Most of the dresses were stunning!
I thought they were all terrible. Most of them looked like evening gowns instead of wedding gowns.
Agreed. And most were ugly, regardless of what they were intended to be.

THANK GOD THE MODELS ARE HUMAN👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Beat collection award 🏆
The gowns are absolutely spectacular but the models look like they’re going to a funeral.
The focus is supposed to be on the clothing. What part of that do you people not get?
@terrib627 I know that to be the case, however, I can't see myself being drawn to a dress that the model wearing it appears to have not one iota of enjoyment in wearing.
@@terrib627and yet because they look so “dead” the focus ends up being on that… instruction failure by the person in charge…
There all absolutely beautiful dresses ❤❤❤
When are they going to stop with naked dresses and feathers? Enough, already.
17:52 so heavy bottom to walking down the isle
I never understood the look of dread while walking down the cat walk. A smile doesn’t compete with the outfits.
The designers don't want people looking at the models' faces. They want them looking at the clothes. Yikes, you people are clueless.
@@terrib627I agree
They're are not allowed to smile. They are living mannequin. The clothes are meant to have focus

You are clueless. . These people wanting the models to smile are NOT clueless..they are correct and ahead of their time.
Wish they would change up,the music a little.
The models looked starved, I thought they had addressed this
Just because you can put a gigantic bow, doesn’t mean you should.
A bit funny to see the first big ballgown take the shoes of the audience with her 😂
Hay, Mr designer, you forgot to paint happy faces on your models . The misery is funnier than a fake smile
Superb amazing🎉❤❤❤❤❤

They look like they are all going a death march.
Quite a few turkeys mixed in with a few swans…Overall just tacky!
5:38 This lookes a bit like Katness's wedding dress in Catching Fire!
❤❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏
If Judy Jetson got married.
Sometimes you just find a designer and realize you have the opposite taste as them. This, apparently, is mine
Мне навеяло платья при дворе королевы.
The only ones I like are the Ball gowns
Belíssimo desfile. Porém gostaria que as moças estivessem sorrindo. Muito triste para um caso de amor. ❤
You don't get it either. The focus isn't on the faces. it's on the clothes.
Russian gowns most beautiful. ❤️

Taffy Tea
And the ridiculous back bow!
Oh please NO. Do NOT bring back the buttbow. Hideous.
Oh yes, a giant butt bow 😂 If your butt didn't look big before it, it will look big when you wear the bow!
A bit over the top!
They can barely walk in them
I keep seeing Scarlett’s O’Hara in the Wizard of Oz.
the tinseltown show...
Beautiful!!!
They want you to look at the dress not the girl 😂
Unfortunately, when the girl looks miserable, we notice that as much, or even more, than the dress.
I wish they would get rid of the idea to use unnatural walking (swishing hips) and the deadpan look on the face as if going to a funeral.
Most of them were a case of the dress wore the bride.
I love the Russian inspired head pieces. That being said....giant bows, balloon skirts and gowns so heavy the models are tripping, flat NO.
Unfortunately I watched this whole video hoping the gowns would get better but sorry to say they didn’t! That one poor model had a hard time walking because of the gown! These gowns are for women who need to have attention good or bad and more money than they know what to do with!
No radiant brides here!
Well, DERP. They're models, not brides.
The models need to smile. Their expressions are way too somber for occasion.
Another clueless post. The designers don't want you looking at their faces. The models are glorified coat hangers. The focus is on the clothing!

Why are bridal models so serious? They’re modeling what one happy bride will wear.
People ask this question on every video. The focus isn't on the models' faces. IT'S ON THE CLOTHES.
Because they are coathangerd. You are supposed to see the dresses, not be distracted by the model. 🤭
First out...white hairpiece, off white gown.
The music was not entrancing, the floor was ugly, nothing too enhance the atmosphere....
There are better looking xmas tinsels out there.....
