My name is Alice Zagury, and I’m the CEO and co-founder of The Family. At The Family we believe that anyone can become an entrepreneur.
It’s a place, a community where we give education, tools and access to capital to more than 200 startups in Europe. We wanted to provide a place - a shelter - that would help ambitious people build and make their dreams come true.

The first change for me is the mentality of the whole ecosystem in terms of entrepreneurship mindset. The Paris Region is a very good region to have a tech startup because we have great talents. We have a lot of very good engineers. We have the best technology because of academics that we have, laboratories that we have.
