This is a field I'm actively trying to learn the ins and outs of for my job; this video provided such a great reinforcement of the tiny bit of basics I know. I'm very excited to continue to explore your channel.

I am an audiophile with fascination and interests in sound reproduction and I want to mention that your forum is the greatest one that goes Indepth about outputting the radio signals in the most modern and delightful way possible. There are many times I wish to see a modern radio station because broadcast equipment and styles have changed through the years. Otherwise, I relish your explanations about the way audio signals are processed and transmitted.

I didn't know all stations shared emergency alert. Useless history: back when I was a boy, the AM dial on radios had two dots or triangles. Stations closest to those two marks were said to be emergency alert -- the rest were generally not. That got outmoded by my fifth year; maybe earlier, but you might still see such old radios at flea markets. That's what those two notches indicated. Very few had FM back then.

I'm not on Tiktok but my friend keeps sending me your videos. Glad you are on YT. Love this content, hope you upload more. I've been developing an audio over IP based embedded ham repeater controller system so your video on AioP was very interesting.. I love the idea of being able to create logical audio channels over one network. I was always interested in broadcast engineering. Worked for two companies developing broadcast TV equipment but never got into field work, which is my preference.
