TODAY'S RECIPE IS Cashew Nut Cookies Recipe | Eggless Cookies Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 60gm
Powder sugar 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 2-3 tbsp
Chopped cashew-nut 2 tbsp
Mix well
Square shape
Keep it in the freezer for 10 mins
Cut
Cashewnut on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15-20 mins
Transfer to a rack
Let it cool down
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
