@@MrInzombia Ronnie Coleman used a ton of weight with a ton of momentum and swinging, jerking etc etc. He'd cry just like Cormier did if he was asked to do a proper set and take it to the next level in terms of intensity.
Dorian takes the time to explain how and why each exercise is done the way it's done to produce maximum results, plus he encourages the trainee through every rep. He's an excellent coach and it shows with Evan.
I went to Temple Gym for this exact back workout with Dorian last week.... and I can tell you it was...hell/heaven. That pullover machine is the best... my lats were on fire.
Always a pleasure to watch Yates training or teaching, especially when it's back training. Still amazes me how Yates could bent over row 180 kg for 6 reps with perfect form after doing Lever Pullovers and Plate-loaded Pulldowns.
I will never know the mindset Dorian had in order to achieve all that he did in bodybuilding. To withstand such brutal pain both physically and mentally is incomprehensible to 99.9% of the human race! Flipping heck, man ..
The first machine in video, is the SAME machine Dorian used when he was a pro AND is featured in his training video from 1996. Talk about Old School!!!
@@beseeingyou9120 Ha ha you replied to a comment 5 years after it was made, saying it was 10 years ago :). Dorian held a lot of mass up until the last few years. Remember he retired from competition in 1997. In 2010 that was still 13 years after he last competed. If this is from 2010 then he’s 48 or so here.
The real thing the is extraordinary I remember my first time going there and work out in there it awesome .thank sir Dorian Yates , I have to say I like Reverse grip on the pull over machine the is excellent .🇬🇧
Problem is, so many pros are set in their ways. It's one thing to train with Dorian, it's another to go back home, and not resort to your bad habits. I'm not saying his way is the correct way, but it's pretty close. I mean, he focuses on 100% form. Controlling the weight, making sure it doesn't control you.
First piece of equipment I believe is Nautilus equipment, last time I used that was in 1991 or 1992, my boss had several old Nautilus equipment pieces he was refurbishing in his exercise equipment fab shop
Doesn't matter how good you are, how strong you are, or how many Olympias you've won- Dorian Yates has the ability to make the world's greatest bodybuilders look like bitches.
@rkofu1 Doing deads after exercising the whole back means less weight and less stress on the CNS. Also, if you do deads first with proper intensity, there's not going to be a whole lot left in the tank for 4 other exercises to failure.
It appears to be a Nautilus Pullover / Torso machine. Most people seem to think that it's the best & most effective machine that Nautilus ever produced.
evan almost crying at the end , thats how you train back
scosy07 no one can train with Dorian. Watch the video Chris coremier training legs with Dorian, it's so funny at end.
kameshwar4u you should also check out Tom Platz
kameshwar4u Ronnie coleman can train with Dorian.

Leroy Davis in the background. Absolute legend.

Evan is so humble and receptive to the Great 6x Mr Olympia...
I think out of all the bodybuilders Dorian Yates would be my first choice to train with
TheOrbinson me too
Him or Tom Platz
When Dorian say's one more.
He actually meant 3-5 more reps lol legend
Just goes to show how much training is in the mind. We think we’re done on a set after 8, but with a good training partner, it could be 12
Evan is a Monster, but Dorian is a real hard work Oldstyle Body Builder, Respect !!!!!

I think it's so awesome how Dorian is still keeping up with bodybuilding community and helping usher in the new generation of elite athletes
What a privilege to train with this master, man, this is priceless.... 😎

I've gotta use that pullover machine one day. It's been in the same spot in that gym for 15 years now at least.
Well said. The Nautilus Pullover is the bread and butter of my back routine and it has worked wonders for me.
I will never know the mindset Dorian had in order to achieve all that he did in bodybuilding.
