A tip for brushing your huskies, put some water in a spray bottle and spray them lightly with the water then brush them. The hair dosent end up flying all over that place or get on your self. It works wonders with my husky. 😊

I don't think he'll be ready for competition. Don't get me wrong, he has a great physique but in my opinion it doesn't seem like he is giving 100% to his stage prep.

the tricep extensions machine is amazing you can stretch your triceps greatly and push it down with a heavy weight even one your struggling with and youll still have great contraction, and pump. I love drop setting with that machine.
