Solution:
biceps brachii work primarily in the supinated grip, so switch to all neutral or semi-neutral as its moment arm should be smaller in that position and it won't work as much and you then just focus on brachioradialis and brachialis
Reason why:
Biceps brachii first attaches to the radial tuberosity on the arm then up to the shoulder attaches the biceps brachii tendon to the acromion process of the scapula. this is a region here that has a lot of bursae, tendons, and ligaments all under the subacromial space in the shoulder. When the head of the humerus is elevated and moved to work in a bench press position there is anterior shear and if you did it with incline, even some superior shear and maybe compression in that subacromial space damaged those ligaments that all run around there so give biceps brachii a rest.

Having the invested interested in the company beyond just the product provided gives so much more value. The connection is worth more then the clothing themselves.
When you sway forwards you stretch the hamstrings (semimembranosis, semitendinosis, and biceps femoris) at the hip (they cross the hip and knee) allowing you to possibly get into a better length-tension relationship for the hamstrings resulting in more cross bridge cycling and more overall tension production.

Did you use the new Pec fly machine? Like I said on the last vid, best fly machine I've ever used. Hold the top handles and push through the elbows, opens the chest up great.
