As I sit here eating my breakfast alone and watching Christians video a thought came to me today. I've had this routine that I've been following for the past two years right along with Christian. It almost feels like I'm a part of the alphalete team. I just want to thank Christian for these videos and the content he puts out which really gives you the feeling that we're part of the team. Mike Diamonds You would have to be stupid to think that just because you are at there gym that all of a sudden your channel will have a following. People watch and sub to Christian because he is so humble never comes across as in your face rubbing success instead he wants to motivate you to succeed in life... The type of person he is takes alot and I don't think 1/2 the people there have his personality or motivation style... Instead its a look at me attitude. I sub not because I lift but rather to learn and grow mentally as person, and not to be stuck focused on the little picture.

Just for reference.. when you have two overweight bags , simply take stuff from one and put it into the other. If you took the 4 lbs out of the 54 lb suitcase and put it into the 57 lb one, you would only have a 61 lb suitcase and then a 50 (the limit). This allows you to only pay one overweight bag fee (the 61 lb) instead of two. Overweight bags have a limit of 70 lbs, so it would have worked perfectly.
